通風(fēng)管道的連接方式

通風(fēng)管道有以下四種連接方式：

There are four ways to connect the ventilation duct:

1、抱箍式連接：主要用于鋼板圓通風(fēng)管道和螺旋風(fēng)管連接，先把每一管段的兩端軋出鼓筋，并使其一端縮為小口。安裝時(shí)按氣流方向把小口插人大口，外面用鋼制抱箍將兩個(gè)端的鼓箍抱緊連接，用螺栓穿在耳環(huán)中間固定擰緊。

1. Hoop connection: it is mainly used for the connection of steel plate round ventilation pipe and spiral air pipe. First, roll out the bulge reinforcement at both ends of each pipe section and shrink one end into a small mouth. When installing, insert the small mouth into the big mouth according to the direction of air flow, and use steel hoops to tightly connect the drum hoops at both ends. Finally, use bolts to thread them in the middle of the earrings for fixation and tightening.

2、插接式連接：主要用于矩形或圓形風(fēng)管連接。先制作連接管，然后插入兩側(cè)風(fēng)管，再用拉鉚釘將其緊密固定。

2. Plug in connection: mainly used for rectangular or circular duct connection. First make the connecting pipe, then insert the air ducts on both sides, and then fix it tightly with pull rivets.

3、插條式連接：主要用于矩形風(fēng)管連接。將不同形式的插條插入風(fēng)管兩端，然后壓實(shí)。

3. Plug in connection: mainly used for rectangular duct connection. Insert different forms of cuttings into both ends of the air duct, and then compact.

4、軟管式連接：主要用于風(fēng)管與部件(如散熱器、靜壓箱側(cè)送風(fēng)口等)的相連。安裝時(shí)，軟管兩端套在連接的管外，采用獨(dú)特設(shè)計(jì)的過濾媒介，不但具有良好的透氣性能，而且提高了有效過濾面積使用壽命長，除塵效率高。濾芯自動清潔，不需要停止主機(jī)和其它操作。當(dāng)濾筒表面飽和阻力達(dá)到一定的允許值時(shí)，自動清潔功能開啟，并在主機(jī)工作過程中依次對每個(gè)濾筒進(jìn)行反吹清潔，保障除塵機(jī)始終處于良好工作狀態(tài)。

4. Hose connection: it is mainly used for the connection between air duct and components (such as radiator, plenum side air supply outlet, etc.). During installation, both ends of the hose are sleeved outside the connecting pipe, and the filter medium with unique design is adopted, which not only has good air permeability, but also improves the effective filtering area, has long service life, and has high dust removal efficiency. The filter element is automatically cleaned, and there is no need to stop the host and other operations. When the saturation resistance on the surface of the filter cartridge reaches a certain allowable value, the automatic cleaning function is turned on, and each filter cartridge is backwashed and cleaned in turn during the operation of the host machine to ensure that the dust remover is always in good working condition.
