濟(jì)南鐵皮風(fēng)管加工：風(fēng)管下加下噴淋頭安裝規(guī)范

　　風(fēng)管寬度超過1.2米時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)在管道下方安裝噴淋，采用下噴的形式，噴頭應(yīng)當(dāng)設(shè)置在管道的下方，而不應(yīng)與管道齊平或者設(shè)置在管道上方或側(cè)方。噴淋頭間距不能小于15公分，注意放水時(shí)不能打開通風(fēng)。采用早期抑制快速響應(yīng)噴頭和特殊應(yīng)用噴頭的場(chǎng)所，當(dāng)障礙物寬度大于0.6m時(shí)，其下方應(yīng)增設(shè)噴頭。

　　1、直立型噴頭安裝距樓板頂部距離為規(guī)范要求為75mm-150mm。

　　1. The installation distance of the upright nozzle from the top of the floor slab is required by the specifications to be 75mm-150mm.

　　2、有吊頂?shù)南麓剐蛧婎^安裝噴頭根部應(yīng)與吊頂平齊，為避免定位不準(zhǔn)，可在吊頂龍骨標(biāo)高確定后再安裝下噴支管；下噴頭與三通之間的短管長(zhǎng)度不宜超過150mm。

　　2. The installation of hanging nozzles with suspended ceilings should be flush with the base of the nozzle. To avoid inaccurate positioning, the lower spray pipe can be installed after the elevation of the ceiling keel is determined; The length of the short pipe between the nozzle and the tee should not exceed 150mm.

　　3、邊墻型噴頭安裝離墻距離為50-100mm。

　　4、無吊頂時(shí)設(shè)置上噴頭；有吊頂時(shí)設(shè)置下噴頭，當(dāng)?shù)蹴斏戏綈烅數(shù)膬艨崭叨瘸^800mm，且其內(nèi)部有可燃物時(shí)，要求設(shè)置上噴頭；噴頭在系統(tǒng)沖洗試壓合格后安裝；當(dāng)噴淋支管高度大于1000mm時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)橫向加強(qiáng)支架；當(dāng)不確定裝修方案是否有吊頂時(shí)可預(yù)留三通口，絲堵封堵。

　　4. Install upper nozzles when there is no ceiling; When there is a suspended ceiling, a lower nozzle should be installed. When the clearance height above the suspended ceiling exceeds 800mm and there are combustibles inside, an upper nozzle should be installed; The nozzle shall be installed after the system flushing and pressure test is qualified; When the height of the spray branch pipe is greater than 1000mm, a transverse reinforcement bracket should be installed; When it is uncertain whether the decoration plan has a suspended ceiling, a three-way port can be reserved and sealed with a screw plug.

　　5、噴淋管道末端應(yīng)采用梯形防晃支架；末端支架與噴頭之間的距離為400mm

　　6、當(dāng)梁、通風(fēng)管道、排管、橋架寬度大于1.2m時(shí)，增設(shè)的噴頭應(yīng)安裝在其腹面以下部位；風(fēng)管下噴頭吊架應(yīng)采取管道延長(zhǎng)風(fēng)管另外一端邊緣，并在延伸管道末端設(shè)置吊架。

　　6. When the width of beams, ventilation ducts, ducts, and cable trays is greater than 1.2m, additional nozzles should be installed below their belly surface; The nozzle hanger under the air duct should be extended to the edge of the other end of the air duct, and a hanger should be installed at the end of the extended pipe.

　　7、噴淋管道安裝應(yīng)主管在下；噴淋管支管在主管上方，朝主管方向形成坡度，便于系統(tǒng)維護(hù)泄水。

　　7. The installation of sprinkler pipes should be supervised by the supervisor; The spray pipe branch is located above the main pipe, forming a slope towards the main pipe direction for easy maintenance and drainage of the system.
