　　1、風(fēng)管預(yù)制應(yīng)有獨(dú)立的工作場(chǎng)地，場(chǎng)地應(yīng)平整、清潔，加工平臺(tái)應(yīng)找平。雙面鋁箔絕熱板風(fēng)管等其它復(fù)合材料風(fēng)管的場(chǎng)地應(yīng)干燥，應(yīng)有足夠的成品堆放場(chǎng)地；

　　1. The prefabrication of air ducts should have an independent work site, which should be flat and clean, and the processing platform should be leveled. The site for double-sided aluminum foil insulation board air ducts and other composite material air ducts should be dry and have sufficient storage space for finished products;

　　2、作業(yè)地點(diǎn)應(yīng)有安放施工機(jī)具和材料堆放場(chǎng)地，設(shè)施和電源應(yīng)有可靠的防護(hù)裝置。作業(yè)場(chǎng)地道路應(yīng)暢通。必須有能滿足消防要求的各種器械及設(shè)施；

　　4、大樣圖、系統(tǒng)圖經(jīng)審查符合要求，并進(jìn)行了技術(shù)及交底；

　　5、對(duì)于潔凈系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)管制作應(yīng)有干凈封閉庫(kù)房?jī)?chǔ)存成品或半成品；

　　5. For the production of air ducts in clean systems, there should be a clean and enclosed warehouse for storing finished or semi-finished products;

　　6、加工場(chǎng)地應(yīng)預(yù)留現(xiàn)場(chǎng)材料、成品以及半成品的運(yùn)輸通道，加工場(chǎng)地的選擇不得阻礙消防通道。

　　6. The processing site should reserve transportation channels for on-site materials, finished products, and semi-finished products, and the selection of the processing site should not obstruct fire exits.
