1、風(fēng)管內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁有雜物或其它管線穿越，并做好清潔和保護(hù)工作；

2、支吊架下沿和外緣與接觸網(wǎng)帶電體(含承力索,下饋線等)間距保持大于230mm,并應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照限界要求實(shí)施；

2. The safety distance between the lower edge and outer edge of the support and hanger and the electrified body of the overhead contact system (including messenger wire, lower feeder, etc.) shall be greater than 230mm, and shall be implemented in strict accordance with the clearance requirements;

3、連接螺栓應(yīng)為鍍鋅螺栓，同時(shí)需要配備相應(yīng)的平墊、彈墊和螺母；

4、風(fēng)管法蘭墊片的工作溫度不小于70℃；對(duì)于排煙風(fēng)管法蘭墊片的工作溫度要求不小于250℃；

5、風(fēng)管安裝的水平度允許偏差每米不應(yīng)大于3mm，總偏差不應(yīng)大于20mm；垂直安裝垂直度的允許偏差為每米不超過(guò)2mm，總偏差不應(yīng)大于20mm；

5. The allowable deviation of the levelness of the air duct installation shall not be greater than 3mm per meter, and the total deviation shall not be greater than 20mm; The allowable deviation of perpendicularity of vertical installation shall not exceed 2mm per meter, and the total deviation shall not be greater than 20mm;

6、風(fēng)管在穿過(guò)墻體或樓板處不得設(shè)置接口，風(fēng)管沿墻體或樓板安裝時(shí)，距離墻面、樓板的間距應(yīng)大于150mm；

7、風(fēng)閥的電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)安裝可靠固定，嚴(yán)禁隨意放置在風(fēng)管上；

9、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)風(fēng)管接口的配置，不得縮小其有效截面；

10、、空調(diào)風(fēng)管支吊架應(yīng)設(shè)不燃絕熱墊防止產(chǎn)生冷橋，絕熱墊應(yīng)在支吊架制作時(shí)錨固在橫擔(dān)上；

11、對(duì)系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的檢測(cè)，宜采用分段檢測(cè)、匯總分析的方法。在嚴(yán)格安裝質(zhì)量管理的基礎(chǔ)上，系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的檢測(cè)以總管和干管為主。當(dāng)采用漏光法檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的嚴(yán)密性時(shí)，低壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管以每10m接縫，漏光點(diǎn)不大于2處，且100m接縫平均不大于16處為合格；中壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管每10m接縫，漏光點(diǎn)不大于1處，且100m接縫平均不大于8處為合格。
