不銹鋼風(fēng)管焊接怎么做好打底？

不銹鋼風(fēng)管的焊接一般分為基礎(chǔ)焊、填焊和蓋焊。不銹鋼風(fēng)管底焊是不銹鋼管焊接中關(guān)鍵的部分。它不僅關(guān)系到工程質(zhì)量，而且關(guān)系到工程進(jìn)度。目前，不銹鋼風(fēng)管打底分為充氬和非充氬兩種工藝。背面氬氣保護(hù)分為實(shí)芯焊絲+TIG工藝和實(shí)芯焊絲+TIG+水溶性紙工藝；背面非氬保護(hù)分為藥芯焊絲基焊和焊條（藥皮焊絲）基TIG焊。

When blocking the ventilation with water-soluble paper, since the ventilation starts from the center of the weld, the ventilation pipe shall be quickly pulled out in the sealing link, and the bottom sealing shall be completed quickly with the remaining argon inside.

在這種方法中，需要注意的是，水溶性紙張應(yīng)該是雙層的，并且須粘貼好。否則，水溶性紙易損壞脫落，造成內(nèi)焊縫失去氬氣保護(hù)，造成氧化，使焊縫重新開焊，既能保證焊接質(zhì)量，又嚴(yán)重影響工期。因此，焊接前應(yīng)嚴(yán)格檢查焊接情況，并粘貼水溶性紙。

In this method, it should be noted that the water-soluble paper should be double-layer and pasted well. Otherwise, the water-soluble paper is easy to be damaged and fall off, resulting in the loss of argon protection for the inner weld, oxidation and reopening of the weld, which can not only ensure the welding quality, but also seriously affect the construction period.
