通風(fēng)管道的部件設(shè)計(jì)的計(jì)算方式

1、 風(fēng)管安裝 按施工圖示不同規(guī)格以展開“面積”計(jì)算，不扣除檢查孔、測(cè)定孔、送風(fēng)口、吸風(fēng)口等所占面積。計(jì)算風(fēng)管長(zhǎng)度時(shí)，一律以施工圖示線長(zhǎng)度為準(zhǔn)（主管與支管以其線交點(diǎn)劃分），包括彎頭、三通、變徑管、天圓地方等管件的長(zhǎng)度，但不得包括帆布、風(fēng)閥、消聲器、設(shè)備所占長(zhǎng)度。直徑和周長(zhǎng)按圖示尺寸為準(zhǔn)展開。報(bào)價(jià)時(shí)定額已含損耗，計(jì)算結(jié)果不需要乘損耗系數(shù)。

1. The air duct installation shall be calculated according to the "area" of different specifications in the construction drawing, and the area occupied by inspection hole, measurement hole, air supply outlet, air suction outlet, etc. shall not be deducted. When calculating the length of the air duct, the length of the center line in the construction drawing shall prevail (the main pipe and branch pipe shall be divided by the intersection of the center line), including the length of elbow, tee, reducer, round place and other pipe fittings, but shall not include the length occupied by canvas, air valve, muffler and equipment. The diameter and perimeter shall be expanded according to the dimensions shown in the figure. The quota includes loss when quoting, and the calculation result does not need to be multiplied by loss coefficient.

2、薄鋼板通風(fēng)管道、 凈化通風(fēng)管道 ，復(fù)合型風(fēng)管（玻纖板、不燃無機(jī)復(fù)合風(fēng)管），報(bào)價(jià)定額內(nèi)已包括法蘭、加固框和吊托支架，不另行計(jì)算。但不包括過跨風(fēng)管落地支架，因此過跨風(fēng)管落地支架需按圖按規(guī)范計(jì)算重量。

2. Sheet steel ventilation duct, purification ventilation duct and composite air duct (fiberglass board and incombustible inorganic composite air duct). The quotation quota has included flange, reinforcement frame and lifting support, which will not be calculated separately. However, it does not include the floor support of over span air duct, so the weight of the floor support of over span air duct shall be calculated according to the drawings and specifications.

3、 不銹鋼通風(fēng)管道 、鋁板通風(fēng)管道，風(fēng)管咬口連接中報(bào)價(jià)定額包括管件、法蘭，但不包括吊托支架，焊接連接中報(bào)價(jià)定額僅包括管件，不包括法蘭和吊托支架，其工程量以“kg”為計(jì)量單位，故根據(jù)風(fēng)管連接方式按設(shè)計(jì)說明或規(guī)范計(jì)算法蘭和吊托支架重量。

3. The quotation quota of stainless steel ventilation pipe, aluminum plate ventilation pipe and air pipe undercut connection includes pipe fittings and flanges, but does not include lifting bracket. The quotation quota of welding connection only includes pipe fittings, excluding flange and lifting bracket. The quantities are measured in "kg". Therefore, the weight of flange and lifting bracket is calculated according to the design description or specification according to the connection mode of air pipe.

4、風(fēng)管軟接，（1）帆布接口，按圖示尺寸以“”計(jì)算，一般寬度為250mm，具體以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)制作經(jīng)驗(yàn)考慮。（2）軟管風(fēng)管，按圖紙尺寸以“米”計(jì)算。

4. Flexible connection of air duct, (1) canvas interface is calculated in "square meter" according to the size shown in the figure, and the general width is 250mm, which is considered based on the on-site manufacturing experience. (2) Hose duct, calculated in "meters" according to the size of the drawing.

5、風(fēng)管導(dǎo)流葉片，按風(fēng)管規(guī)格計(jì)算彎頭個(gè)數(shù)，按下表計(jì)算導(dǎo)流葉片“面積”。

5. For the air duct guide vane, the number of elbows shall be calculated according to the air duct specification, and the "area" of the guide vane shall be calculated according to the following table.

6、風(fēng)口風(fēng)閥，按不同類型（防火閥、蝶閥、對(duì)開多葉閥、散流器、百葉等）不同規(guī)格以“個(gè)”為計(jì)量單位（按成品計(jì)算）。

6. The air valve at the air outlet shall be measured in "pieces" according to different types (fire damper, butterfly valve, split multi leaf valve, diffuser, louver, etc.) (calculated according to finished products).

7、消聲器、消聲靜壓箱、靜壓箱，按不同規(guī)格以“臺(tái)”為計(jì)量單位（按成品計(jì)算），除設(shè)計(jì)要求現(xiàn)場(chǎng)制作時(shí)以“”（展開六個(gè)面面積）計(jì)算。

7. Silencer, silencing static pressure box and static pressure box shall be measured by "table" according to different specifications (calculated according to finished products). Except for the design requirements, it shall be calculated by "square meter" (expanded area of six surfaces) during on-site production.
