一、誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機系統(tǒng)的概述

1、 Overview of induction fan system

（一）誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機

（1） Induction fan

誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機又稱射流風(fēng)機、接力風(fēng)機，其能夠散發(fā)的風(fēng)力其實很小，主要是通過攪勻、等方式，來對某個區(qū)域內(nèi)的空氣進(jìn)行凈化。誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機主要是借助高速射流誘導(dǎo)通風(fēng)理念進(jìn)行設(shè)計的，當(dāng)多臺誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機與送風(fēng)風(fēng)機、排風(fēng)風(fēng)機進(jìn)行一定的組合，就形成了誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機系統(tǒng)。

這種的新型風(fēng)機系統(tǒng)，主要是借助多臺誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機噴嘴射出的定向高速氣流，在無風(fēng)管的條件下，誘導(dǎo)室外的新鮮空氣或經(jīng)過處理的空氣進(jìn)入到預(yù)定的位置，從而室內(nèi)形成良好的氣流組織，達(dá)到便捷的通風(fēng)排煙目標(biāo)。

在進(jìn)行誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機系統(tǒng)安裝的過程中，回風(fēng)口與障礙物要保持500mm以上的間距，噴嘴出風(fēng)口15°下前方也不能有阻擋的物體，在允許的范圍內(nèi)應(yīng)盡量減小設(shè)備的吊裝高度，一般要求底部要與梁底或管線底處在一個水平線上。

對于該系統(tǒng)的接力風(fēng)速方面，由于現(xiàn)實中存在著各種因素的影響，如建筑物內(nèi)存在的四面八方的自然風(fēng)，要想使射流風(fēng)速減小到一定數(shù)值，就需要另一股射流進(jìn)行接力，經(jīng)過相關(guān)計算和分析發(fā)現(xiàn)，保持射流速度1m/s，收到的效果。

二、傳統(tǒng)通風(fēng)排煙方式的弊端

在以前進(jìn)行通風(fēng)排煙時，系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)管規(guī)模很大，需要占用很大空間，而且建設(shè)及安裝費用都很高昂，更主要的是難以避免風(fēng)管與電纜橋架、消防噴淋管道等其他管線的交叉問題。

在采用了的誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機系統(tǒng)后，就大大降低了相關(guān)成本費用，并且這個層面都能成為排風(fēng)通道，送風(fēng)和排風(fēng)風(fēng)機所需要的風(fēng)壓也比管道小的多，這樣就可以選用較低風(fēng)壓的風(fēng)機，大幅度降低了投資和運行成本，即使送排風(fēng)機停止運轉(zhuǎn)，誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機仍可運轉(zhuǎn)，能對局部產(chǎn)生排煙效果。經(jīng)過多年的理論研究和工程實踐，誘導(dǎo)風(fēng)機內(nèi)置率離心風(fēng)機，具有明顯的噪聲低、體積小、吊裝方便、維護(hù)簡單等優(yōu)勢，當(dāng)前已廣泛應(yīng)用于地下停車場、體育館、倉庫等大型場所的通風(fēng)中，并起到了顯著的效果。
