一、噪音來(lái)源于

1、 The noise comes from

通風(fēng)管道管理體系工作噪音一般來(lái)自下列好多個(gè)層面:

The working noise of ventilation pipe management system generally comes from the following levels:

1、通風(fēng)風(fēng)管的晃動(dòng)。由于通風(fēng)風(fēng)管原材料是鍍鋅鋼板或是是金屬?gòu)?fù)合材料，在工程施工時(shí)要不容樂(lè)觀依照工程施工檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)挑選不銹鋼厚度和施工技術(shù)，例如風(fēng)管制作錯(cuò)漏、豎直度、通風(fēng)風(fēng)管結(jié)構(gòu)加固、抗震支架挑選及制做機(jī)器設(shè)備這些。到工程施工環(huán)節(jié)，通風(fēng)口盡可能不必靠近機(jī)器設(shè)備。電風(fēng)扇前后左右盡可能都是有5米之上的長(zhǎng)短。假設(shè)能夠提升彎管數(shù)量還可以降低噪音，出風(fēng)口改裝濾網(wǎng)，噪音操縱功效也很好。

1、離心風(fēng)機(jī)安裝時(shí)按設(shè)計(jì)方案規(guī)定或施工工藝規(guī)定，設(shè)定減震設(shè)備。

1. During the installation of centrifugal fan, damping equipment shall be set according to the provisions of design scheme or construction process.

2、為避免螺旋風(fēng)管震動(dòng)，在每一個(gè)系統(tǒng)軟件螺旋風(fēng)管的拐彎處、與排風(fēng)機(jī)和出風(fēng)口的相接處設(shè)支撐架。

2. In order to avoid the vibration of spiral air duct, support frame shall be set at the corner of spiral air duct of each system software and the connection with exhaust fan and air outlet.

3、離心風(fēng)機(jī)、螺旋風(fēng)管相互連接選用塑料軟管聯(lián)接，離心風(fēng)機(jī)吸入口的塑料軟管安裝要保證緊松適當(dāng)，防止因軟接到松減少進(jìn)通風(fēng)口總面積，而造成噪音和震動(dòng)。

3. The centrifugal fan and spiral air duct shall be connected with each other by plastic hose. The plastic hose at the suction inlet of the centrifugal fan shall be properly tightened and loosened to prevent noise and vibration caused by reducing the total area of the air inlet due to loose connection.

4、螺旋風(fēng)管安裝及與構(gòu)件聯(lián)接，聯(lián)接嚴(yán)實(shí) ，無(wú)透風(fēng)狀況，以防造成透風(fēng)噪音。

4. Spiral air duct shall be installed and connected with components tightly without ventilation to prevent ventilation noise.
