廚房排煙管道安裝要注意什么？

廚房排煙管道的水平段不宜太長(zhǎng)，一般水平更遠(yuǎn)距離不應(yīng)超過(guò)15m并且要有2%以上的坡度，水平末端設(shè)活接頭，以方便清理油垢。排風(fēng)速度按規(guī)范不得低于 10m/s，以防風(fēng)速過(guò)低使油附著于煙道上，接排風(fēng)罩的支管應(yīng)設(shè)風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)閥。 廚房排煙管道的設(shè)計(jì)和安裝不合理，往往會(huì)造成廚房排煙不通暢，直接影響油煙凈化器的使用。

1、主排煙管道通風(fēng)面積不夠，氣體流速過(guò)大。根據(jù)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，排煙主管道內(nèi)風(fēng)速不能超過(guò)15m/s。否則在運(yùn)行一個(gè)時(shí)期以后(如一年以后)很容易造成排煙系統(tǒng)不通暢。在油煙凈化器的運(yùn)行實(shí)踐中，大部分案例都是因排煙管道通風(fēng)面積不足引起的不通暢，管道內(nèi)氣體的流速都在15m/s以上。

1. The ventilation area of the main smoke exhaust pipe is insufficient and the gas flow rate is too large. According to engineering experience, the wind speed in the main smoke exhaust pipe shall not exceed 15m / s. 2、排煙管道由于要穿過(guò)建筑梁而使管道通風(fēng)截面積變小，截面上阻力增加，造成氣流不通暢。

3、排煙管道在穿過(guò)建筑梁或躲避其它設(shè)備管道時(shí)，排煙管道中的一段會(huì)低于整體排煙管道平面。在使用一段時(shí)間后，由于油水混合物會(huì)積聚在較低的那段排煙管道中，直接影響排煙通暢。

4、不同樓層的廚房油煙通過(guò)同一主管道排出，離出口近的樓層廚房排煙效果較好，而較低樓層的廚房排煙不通暢。

廚房排煙管道安裝、煤氣與天然氣管道的改造需要慎重。這兩種管道因受房屋結(jié)構(gòu)的限制，一般不讓隨意改動(dòng)。如果不得不改時(shí)，必須經(jīng)過(guò)物業(yè)公司的同意。改動(dòng)時(shí)，由于性較強(qiáng)，同時(shí)也方便日后的維修。

從建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)看，排煙管道工程由于有主、副煙道之分是不能隨意橫向改動(dòng)的，否則會(huì)影響排煙并有倒灌的可能， 而為了美觀將煙道口上下移動(dòng)則不會(huì)有不良影響。

From the perspective of building structure design, the smoke exhaust pipe project can not be changed horizontally due to the difference between main and auxiliary flue, otherwise it will affect the smoke exhaust and have the possibility of backflow, and moving the flue mouth up and down for beauty will not have adverse effects.
