　　通風(fēng)管道橡膠軟接頭安裝時(shí)需要注意的事項(xiàng)有：

　　Matters needing attention during installation of rubber soft joint of ventilation pipe include:

　　1、橡膠接頭在初次承受壓力如安裝試壓等后或長(zhǎng)期停用再次啟用前，應(yīng)將螺栓重新加壓擰緊再投入運(yùn)行橡膠伸縮器。

　　1、 After the rubber joint bears the pressure for the first time, such as installation and pressure test, or before it is put into use again after being stopped for a long time, the bolt shall be re pressurized and tightened before being put into operation.

　　2、當(dāng)管道介質(zhì)為酸，堿，油，高溫及其他特殊材料時(shí)應(yīng)選用高于管道工作壓力一個(gè)擋位的橡膠接頭。

　　2. When the pipeline medium is acid, alkali, oil, high temperature and other special materials, the rubber joint with a gear higher than the working pressure of the pipeline shall be selected.

　　3、連接橡膠接頭的接口應(yīng)是閥門法蘭或符合GB/T9115.1（RF）的法蘭。

　　7、可曲撓橡膠接頭使用在水泵進(jìn)出口時(shí)，應(yīng)位于近水泵一側(cè)，與水泵之間應(yīng)安裝金屬變徑接頭，且安裝在變徑的大口徑處。

　　7. 　　8、當(dāng)管道位移量≥接頭的補(bǔ)償量時(shí)，應(yīng)增加接頭的數(shù)量來平行位移量，嚴(yán)禁為了調(diào)整管道的超差，使接頭處于限的撓曲位移和偏差狀態(tài)，更不能超限度伸縮，位移，偏轉(zhuǎn)等。

　　9、安裝橡膠接頭時(shí)，螺栓的螺桿應(yīng)伸向接頭外側(cè)，每一法蘭端面的螺栓按對(duì)角加壓的方法反復(fù)均勻擰緊，防止壓偏。絲扣接頭應(yīng)使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)扳手勻力擰緊，不要用加力桿加力使活接頭滑絲，滑棱，斷裂，而且要定期定時(shí)檢查，以免松動(dòng)造成脫盤或滲水。

　　9. When installing the rubber joint, the screw of the bolt shall extend to the outside of the joint, and the bolt of each flange end face shall be tightened repeatedly and evenly according to the method of diagonal pressure to prevent the pressure deviation. Screw thread joint shall be tightened evenly with standard spanner. Do not force the flexible joint with force bar to make the sliding thread, sliding edge and fracture.
