　　一、保溫性能對比：

　　1. Comparison of thermal insulation performance:

　　無機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)管：導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)大，無保溫性能，必須另外加包保溫層及保溫防護(hù)層，保 溫層特性同鍍鋅風(fēng)管。

　　Inorganic fiberglass reinforced plastic duct: It has large thermal conductivity and no thermal insulation performance. It must be coated with thermal insulation layer and thermal insulation protection layer. The thermal insulation layer has the same characteristics as galvanized duct.

　　鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管：導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)大，無保溫性能，需另外加包保溫層。

　　Galvanized spiral air duct: large thermal conductivity, no thermal insulation performance, need to add additional thermal insulation layer.

　　二、強(qiáng)度對比：

　　Strength contrast:

　　無機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)管：強(qiáng)度較高，但比較脆弱，應(yīng)其較重，不易搬運(yùn)，易受碰撞導(dǎo)致酥裂和破損， 因自重較大，水平面邊長較大時(shí)風(fēng)管壁厚迅速增加，單位面積管壁重量大大增加，容易產(chǎn)生性豎向變 形和沉降（規(guī)范規(guī)定矩形無機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)管也應(yīng)同按金屬風(fēng)管的加固方法進(jìn)行加固，其加固筋與風(fēng)管應(yīng)為相同的材料并成為一整體）。

　　無機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)管：無法與有機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)管的防潮性能相比，受原料配比的制約，其防潮能 力的穩(wěn)定性較差；受市場競爭的影響，為降低成本，使目前市場上出現(xiàn)的無機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)管絕大多數(shù)不能符 合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

　　Inorganic FRP duct: Compared with the moisture-proof performance of organic FRP duct, the stability of moisture-proof ability of inorganic FRP duct is poor due to the restriction of raw material ratio. Influenced by market competition, in order to reduce costs, most of the inorganic FRP ducts on the market can not meet the relevant standards.

　　《規(guī)范》規(guī)定：風(fēng)管漏風(fēng)量應(yīng)根據(jù)管道長短及其氣密程度，按系統(tǒng)風(fēng)量的百分率計(jì)算。風(fēng)管漏風(fēng)率宜采用10%（對于一般送排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)）玻璃鋼風(fēng)管總長度50m以下時(shí)，其漏風(fēng)率通常要達(dá)到 8-10%， 風(fēng)管總長度增加時(shí)，漏風(fēng)量要適當(dāng)增加，當(dāng)管內(nèi)靜壓為500Pa時(shí)，風(fēng)管單位面積漏風(fēng)量為6m3 /h.m2 。

　　The Code stipulates that the air leakage rate of air duct shall be calculated according to the length of the duct and its air tightness, and the percentage of the air flow rate of the system. When the total length of FRP duct is less than 50 m, the air leakage rate usually reaches 8-10%. When the total length of duct increases, the air leakage rate should be increased appropriately. When the static pressure inside the duct is 500 Pa, the air leakage rate per unit area of duct is 6 m3/h.m2.

　　五、 防火性能對比：

　　無機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)管：無機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)管屬不燃材料，但其保溫材料是否燃燒要依材質(zhì)而定，通 常選用離心玻璃棉等不燃保溫材料，而聚苯乙烯板等則不能滿足要求。

　　Inorganic FRP duct: Inorganic FRP duct belongs to non-combustible material, but its thermal insulation material depends on the material. Usually, centrifugal glass wool and other non-combustible thermal insulation materials are selected, while polystyrene board can not meet the requirements.

　　鍍鋅風(fēng)管：鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管屬不燃材料，其保溫材料是否燃燒要依材質(zhì)而定，通常要選用離心玻璃棉等不燃保溫材料。

　　Galvanized air duct: Galvanized spiral air duct belongs to non-combustible material. Whether its insulation material burns or not depends on the material. Usually, non-combustible heat preservation material such as centrifugal glass wool should be selected.

　　六、 消聲性能對比：

　　玻璃鋼風(fēng)管：無消聲性能，必須加裝消聲器，且需要更大的空間FRP duct: silence performance, muffler must be installed, and need more space鍍鋅風(fēng)管： 無消聲性能，必須加裝消聲器，同玻璃鋼風(fēng)管一樣，多占 用空間。

　　Galvanized air duct: silencing performance, muffler must be installed, as with FRP air duct, occupy more space.
