通風(fēng)管道為焊接車間創(chuàng)造良好環(huán)境

　　人們提及通風(fēng)風(fēng)管，通常都是聯(lián)想到寫字樓中的通風(fēng)風(fēng)管，它是與人們平常觸碰較多的這種運(yùn)用。我覺得，通風(fēng)風(fēng)管的運(yùn)用還許多，特別是在是在某些廠區(qū)廠區(qū)中，都必須安裝通風(fēng)管道。

　　通風(fēng)風(fēng)管布置時(shí)要充分考慮電焊是這種勞動(dòng)效率較為大的崗位，且在焊接方法流程時(shí)會(huì)造成很多的有害合金濃煙、電弧焊接塵、有害物質(zhì)、輻射熱、環(huán)境污染，嚴(yán)重影響工作員和附近工作員身心健康，因而務(wù)必對(duì)焊接車間開展透風(fēng)通氣，和兌水致癌物質(zhì)，創(chuàng)建優(yōu)良的電焊壞境。

　　通風(fēng)管道設(shè)計(jì)一方面使用清潔空氣稀釋室內(nèi)空氣中的有害濃度，同時(shí)將污染空氣連續(xù)排出室外，使室內(nèi)空氣中的有害濃度不超過衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的大允許濃度。綜合通風(fēng)通常是以廠房的通風(fēng)率或空氣交換率為基礎(chǔ)，根據(jù)稀釋理論，將工廠內(nèi)的有害物質(zhì)濃度稀釋到允許濃度以下。
