通風(fēng)管道加工的要遵守的細(xì)節(jié)制作

1、 在一道密閉閥門工程口部的管道與配件，應(yīng)采用厚2-3mm的鋼板焊接制作,其焊縫應(yīng)飽滿、均勻、嚴(yán)密。

1. The piping and fittings of the first closed valve to the engineering port should be welded by thick 2-3mm steel plate. The welds should be full, even and tight.

2、染毒區(qū)的通風(fēng)管道應(yīng)采用焊接連接。通風(fēng)管道與密閉閥門應(yīng)采用帶密閉槽的法蘭連接，其接觸應(yīng)平整;法蘭墊圈應(yīng)采用整圈無接口橡膠密封圈。

3、 主體工程內(nèi)通風(fēng)管與配件的鋼板厚度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)無具體要求時(shí)，鋼板厚度應(yīng)大于0.75mm。

4、工程測壓管在防護(hù)密閉門外的一端應(yīng)設(shè)有往下的彎頭，另一端宜設(shè)在通風(fēng)機(jī)房或控制室，并應(yīng)安裝球閥。通過防毒通道的測壓管，其接口應(yīng)采用焊接。

5、通風(fēng)管的測定孔、洗消取樣管應(yīng)與管同時(shí)制作。測定孔和洗消取樣管應(yīng)封堵。

6、 通風(fēng)管內(nèi)氣流方向、閥門啟閉方向及開啟度，應(yīng)標(biāo)示清晰、準(zhǔn)確。

7.材料表面油污應(yīng)全部干凈，以免鐵銹或氧化物落于材料表面產(chǎn)生局部腐蝕。

8.必須有一個(gè)單獨(dú)的加工場地，為了不破壞鍍鋅鋼板外的保護(hù)膜，工作場地較好鋪設(shè)木板或者橡膠板，保持場地清潔。
