通風(fēng)工程中的管道安裝要注意的細(xì)節(jié)知識

(1)當(dāng)風(fēng)道與除塵設(shè)備、加熱設(shè)備等銜接前，應(yīng)待設(shè)備裝置結(jié)束后，按實(shí)踐測繪的圖紙進(jìn)行預(yù)制和裝置。

(2)風(fēng)道裝置時(shí)，進(jìn)、出風(fēng)日宜在風(fēng)道預(yù)制時(shí)開出洞口，如需在裝置結(jié)束的風(fēng)道上現(xiàn)開風(fēng)口，其接口處應(yīng)嚴(yán)密。

(3)對運(yùn)送易燃、易爆氣體的鋼板風(fēng)道，在風(fēng)道銜接法蘭處應(yīng)裝置跨接線，并與靜電接地網(wǎng)銜接。
(3) for flammable and explosive gas, the steel plate air duct should be connected in the connection flange at the connecting flange of the wind tunnel and connected with the electrostatic grounding grid.

(4)雙吊桿支架在風(fēng)道就位后，應(yīng)確保橫擔(dān)平直，吊桿不改變，雙吊桿受力均勻。

(5)當(dāng)運(yùn)送含凝結(jié)水或含濕量較大的氣體時(shí)，其水平管道宜設(shè)有斜度，并在低點(diǎn)處接排水管。裝置時(shí)風(fēng)道底部不宜呈現(xiàn)縱向接縫，對底部有接縫處應(yīng)進(jìn)行密封處理。
(5) when transporting a gas containing condensed water or a large amount of moisture, the horizontal pipe is inclined to be inclined and the drainage pipe is placed at the low point. The longitudinal joint should not be presented at the bottom of the air duct, and the seams at the bottom should be sealed.
(6)當(dāng)水平風(fēng)道高度在2m以上時(shí)，裝置人員應(yīng)系帶。腳手架或移動式支架上的跳板應(yīng)固定好，跳板寬度應(yīng)契合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在腳手架上的裝置人員宜攜東西袋，避免東西或電鉆等物墜落傷人。
(6) when the height of the horizontal air duct is above 2m, the installation staff should be a seat belt. The springboard on scaffold or mobile bracket should be fixed. The springboard width should conform to the safety standard. The personnel on scaffolding devices should carry things and bags to avoid falling objects or electric drills and hurting people.

(7)當(dāng)風(fēng)管與風(fēng)機(jī)銜接時(shí)，應(yīng)在進(jìn)出風(fēng)口處加軟接頭，其軟接頭的斷面尺寸應(yīng)與風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出風(fēng)口一致。軟管接頭一般可選用帆布、人造革等資料，軟管長度不宜小于200，松緊度應(yīng)適宜，柔性軟管可緩沖風(fēng)機(jī)的振蕩。
(7) when the wind pipe is connected with the fan, the soft joint should be added at the inlet and outlet. The section size of the soft joint should be the same as the fan inlet and outlet. Canvas, artificial leather and so on, the hose length should not be less than 200, the tightness should be suitable, flexible hose can buffer the oscillation of the fan.
