變頻器通風管道的生活應(yīng)用

高壓變頻器的發(fā)熱部件主要有兩部分：一是整流變壓器；二是功率元件，變頻器的冷卻方式-般采用空氣冷卻或者水冷卻。在動力功率較小時，采用自然空氣冷卻或空調(diào)冷卻滿足要求。在功率較大時，通過在散熱器中通水，利用循環(huán)水流帶走熱量。單純從散熱的角度，水冷是非常理想，即有冷卻效果又。但是，水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)工藝對密封要求很高，安裝復(fù)雜，維護量大，水循環(huán)系統(tǒng)一旦漏水，會帶來嚴重隱患。所以，能夠用空氣冷卻解決問題的場合，就不采用水冷。

變頻器冷卻的現(xiàn)狀及問題為了解決變頻器冷卻及防塵問題，南片水廠取水泵站配置4臺五匹吸頂式空調(diào)對變頻器發(fā)熱進行室內(nèi)循環(huán)冷卻，在2017年6月開始的高峰供水期間，南片水廠取水泵站的兩臺高壓變頻器24h常態(tài)在45Hz運行。但是當氣象溫度在35℃以上時，安裝在室內(nèi)的4套五匹空調(diào)全部開啟，卻還是無法將室溫降低變頻器允許的環(huán)境溫度40℃以下。變頻器發(fā)熱量近似值=變頻器容量X55W即1000kVAX0.9X55W=49.5kW；-匹空調(diào)制冷量近似值為2000kcal×1.162=2324W(其中，1.162為熱能能量轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù))；五匹空調(diào)制冷量2324W×5匹=11.62kW，也就是說4臺五匹空調(diào)的制冷功率相當與-臺變頻器的發(fā)熱量。

如果任由這種運行情況持續(xù)下去，將使變頻器出現(xiàn)故障的概率劇增，屆時不僅會產(chǎn)生高額的維修費用，還會導(dǎo)致取水泵站取水能力下降，進而影響南片水廠的高峰供水。南片水廠取水泵站從實際檢測數(shù)據(jù)顯示整流變壓器發(fā)熱大于功率單元元件的發(fā)熱量。如能把這部分的熱量引走，不僅可以降低室溫，還能減輕空調(diào)的負荷，減少空調(diào)的開啟臺數(shù)，實現(xiàn)降耗。

室內(nèi)散熱問題的解決方法利用高壓變頻器自帶的軸流風機作為源動力，在整流變壓器柜體的軸流風機外邊加直徑為0.85m的通風管道到室外，整根通風管道不另行設(shè)置排風機，以實現(xiàn)變頻器熱量外循環(huán)，降低室內(nèi)溫度，保護變頻器電子元件的目的。
