1、圖紙已經(jīng)熟悉，并且經(jīng)過圖紙會審。對建筑、結構和電氣、暖衛(wèi)施工圖中的管路走向、坐標、標高與通風管道之間跨越交叉在圖紙上出現(xiàn)的問題已經(jīng)有解決方案。

2、材料表面油污應全部干凈，以免鐵銹或氧化物落于材料表面產(chǎn)生局部腐蝕。

根據(jù)風管長邊尺寸進行合適的選料。按正確的放樣進行制作。

風管翻邊時，翻邊應留有不小于6mm的余量，翻邊不能遮住螺栓孔，咬口邊要用剪刀進行倒角或開角，且不開裂，形成弧形翻邊。若翻邊四角開裂，應采用錫焊或密封膠填補，防止風管漏風風管板材厚度小于1.2mm時可以采用聯(lián)合角或按扣式咬口，大于1.2mm時采用焊接。

風管成型后與法蘭連接采用鉚接，鉚釘距風管壁距離不得大于50mm，各鉚釘間距不得大于150mm。
