隧道窯頂部中間排煙管道怎么安裝好用？

按照穿流焙燒的概念，在隧道窯焙燒過(guò)程中應(yīng)盡量加大流經(jīng)坯垛中部的風(fēng)量。但傳統(tǒng)的隧道窯設(shè)計(jì)上，所有預(yù)熱帶前端的排煙孔均是設(shè)置在窯墻兩側(cè)靠車(chē)面上的位置。這種設(shè)置方式有利的一面是在靠車(chē)面上位置抽出熱煙氣，可部分達(dá)到改善預(yù)熱帶車(chē)面溫差大的問(wèn)題；但是帶來(lái)的弊端也不容忽視，這樣的設(shè)置加大了隧道窯內(nèi)環(huán)流氣體的量，也就是邊隙通風(fēng)量過(guò)大，會(huì)造成整個(gè)焙燒過(guò)程中的傳熱不合理，延長(zhǎng)了燒成周期，某些焙燒性能敏感的坯體也易于出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，例如中部易過(guò)燒，邊部易出生磚等。
