通風(fēng)管道的技術(shù)要求是什么?

What are the technical requirements for ventilation ducts?

1、回風(fēng)風(fēng)道及保溫材料風(fēng)道不得有水平平縫，這次采用矩形風(fēng)管，底寬800mm內(nèi)不得有接頭，800-1000mm內(nèi)只能有一個(gè)接頭，2400mm內(nèi)有兩個(gè)焊縫，以上所有尺寸均禁止水平平縫。

1. The return air duct and insulation material duct must not have horizontal seams. This time, rectangular ducts are used, with no joints within 800mm of bottom width, only one joint within 800-1000mm, and two welds within 2400mm. Horizontal seams are prohibited for all dimensions mentioned above.

2、組合式凈化送風(fēng)機(jī)組組合式送風(fēng)排風(fēng)機(jī)組采用組合式框板結(jié)構(gòu)，可現(xiàn)場(chǎng)直接安裝，外形美觀，安裝維護(hù)方便，漏風(fēng)率小(當(dāng)機(jī)組靜壓為1000Pa時(shí)，漏風(fēng)率小于1%)。維護(hù)板(即外殼)采用雙層夾芯板結(jié)構(gòu)，能良好的保溫性能和耐腐蝕性能。

2. The combined purification air supply and exhaust unit adopts a combined frame plate structure, which can be directly installed on site. It has a beautiful appearance, convenient installation and maintenance, and a low air leakage rate (when the static pressure of the unit is 1000Pa, the air leakage rate is less than 1%). The maintenance board (i.e. shell) adopts a double-layer sandwich panel structure, which can provide good insulation and corrosion resistance.

3、初、中、過濾器凈化過濾系統(tǒng)分為初、中、過濾器，對(duì)車間內(nèi)的粉塵進(jìn)行除塵過濾。初級(jí)過濾器主要過濾5m的塵粒，中級(jí)過濾器主要過濾1m的塵粒，過濾器采用無(wú)隔板過濾器，過濾效率高99.99%，容塵量大，使用壽命長(zhǎng)(兩年左右)。

3. The initial, intermediate, and filter purification and filtration systems are divided into initial, intermediate, and filter systems to remove dust and filter dust in the workshop. The primary filter mainly filters 5m dust particles, while the intermediate filter mainly filters 1m dust particles. The filter adopts a non partition filter, with a high filtration efficiency of 99.99%, a large dust capacity, and a long service life (about two years).
