降低安裝通風(fēng)管道的成本有哪些有效措施？

風(fēng)管組裝：風(fēng)管較短可以一次性在地面組裝，風(fēng)管較長可依據(jù)安裝場地情況分段組裝。組裝時應(yīng)盡量調(diào)整風(fēng)道的中心度和水平度，避免風(fēng)管扭曲或上下起波，左右擺龍，每段風(fēng)道不宜超過10m。組裝時，墊片應(yīng)墊平，法蘭螺栓應(yīng)均勻擰緊，螺母帽均朝向同一方向
