　　風管的保溫材料要求

Insulation material requirements for air ducts

　　一、保溫材料要求

1、 Insulation material requirements

　?。?）風管和管道的保溫，應(yīng)采用不燃或難燃材料，其材質(zhì)、密度、規(guī)格與厚度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求。如采用難燃材料，應(yīng)對其難燃性進行檢查，合格后方可使用。

(1) The insulation of air ducts and pipelines should be made of non combustible or flame retardant materials, and their material, density, specifications, and thickness should meet the design requirements. If flame retardant materials are used, their flame retardancy should be checked and qualified before use.

　　檢查數(shù)量：按批隨機抽查1件。

Inspection quantity: Randomly inspect one piece per batch.

　　檢查方法：觀察檢查、檢查材料合格證、并做點燃試驗。

Inspection method: Observe and inspect, check the material qualification certificate, and conduct a ignition test.

　　2）在下列場合必須使用不燃絕熱材料：

　　1）電加熱器前后800mm的風管和絕熱層

1) 800mm air duct and insulation layer before and after the electric heater

　　2）穿越防火墻兩側(cè)2m范圍內(nèi)風管、管道和絕熱層。

2) Cross the air duct, pipeline, and insulation layer within a range of 2m on both sides of the firewall.

　　檢查數(shù)量：全數(shù)檢查。

　　檢查方法：觀察檢查、檢查材料合格證、并做點燃試驗。

Inspection method: Observe and inspect, check the material qualification certificate, and conduct a ignition test.

　?。?）位于潔凈室內(nèi)的風管及管道的絕熱，不應(yīng)采用易產(chǎn)塵的材料。（如玻璃纖維、短纖維礦棉等）

(3) The insulation of air ducts and pipelines located in clean rooms should not use materials that are prone to dust production. (such as fiberglass, short fiber mineral wool, etc.)

　　檢查數(shù)量：全數(shù)檢查；

Inspection quantity: All inspections;

　　檢查方法：觀察檢查。

　　二、常用保溫材料性能

2、 Performance of commonly used insulation materials

　?。?）橡塑制品

(1) Rubber and plastic products

　　密閉式發(fā)泡結(jié)構(gòu)，導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小，具有優(yōu)良的絕熱效果，表面水汽不易透過，吸水率低，柔軟，外觀清潔，適用溫度－40℃～105℃，具有良好的阻燃效果。

Closed foam structure with low thermal conductivity and excellent insulation effect. The surface is not easily penetrated by water vapor, has low water absorption rate, is soft, and has a clean appearance. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to 105 ℃ and has good flame retardant effect.

　?。?）巖棉板

(2) Rock wool board

　　以玄武巖及其他礦石為主要原料，經(jīng)高溫熔融成纖，加入適量粘結(jié)劑，固化加工而成。具有良好的絕熱、隔音效果。施工便利，效果好，建筑用巖棉板具有良好的防火、保溫和吸間性能，主要用于建筑墻體、防火墻、防火門和電梯井的防火和降噪。

Using basalt and other ores as the main raw materials, it is melted into fibers at high temperature, added with an appropriate amount of binder, and solidified and processed. Has good insulation and sound insulation effects. Convenient construction, good energy-saving effect, rock wool board for building has good fire prevention, insulation, and room absorption performance, mainly used for fire prevention and noise reduction of building walls, firewalls, fire doors, and elevator shafts.

　　4）復(fù)合硅酸鹽

4) Composite silicate

　　具有耐高溫、用料薄造價省、無污染、壽命長，施工便捷等特點。導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)低，適用溫度范圍廣，、無污染，對人體無刺激傷害，粘結(jié)性好。

It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, thin materials, low cost, no pollution, long service life, and convenient construction. Low thermal conductivity, wide temperature range, non-toxic, pollution-free, non irritating to the human body, and good adhesion.

　　5）酚醛保溫板

5) Phenolic insulation board

　　防火性能優(yōu)異，保溫效果突出，質(zhì)輕、不吸水，，尺寸穩(wěn)定性好，用途廣泛（墻體、空調(diào)風管、管道保溫、機房柜保溫，設(shè)備保溫）。

Excellent fire resistance, outstanding insulation and energy-saving effect, lightweight, non absorbent, safe and environmentally friendly, with good dimensional stability, widely used (wall, air conditioning duct, pipeline insulation, machine room cabinet insulation, equipment insulation).

　　突出的特點是不燃、低煙，施工方便。

The most prominent feature is non combustible, low smoke, and convenient construction.
