螺旋風(fēng)管其長度等方面是要好于矩形風(fēng)管：這是由于普通的螺旋風(fēng)管，其正常長度是為3米到6米，而矩形風(fēng)管其是為1米到1.5米，除此之外，螺旋風(fēng)管的長度，還能夠依照具體需求來定做，從其它方面來看，螺旋風(fēng)管中的連接點(diǎn)，是能夠很大程度上根絕的，由于其風(fēng)管之間的連接，只用管接件，而矩形風(fēng)管則需求雙法蘭體系。

1、通風(fēng)管道加工的過程中應(yīng)該盡量避免出現(xiàn)縱向接縫，但是一定不能出現(xiàn)橫向接縫。而且通風(fēng)管道的咬口縫和四角的縫隙處，需要按照設(shè)計(jì)潔凈等級(jí)要求，然后還要采用密封膠將其堵嚴(yán)。另外通風(fēng)管道板材的連接縫的密封面應(yīng)該設(shè)在通風(fēng)管道壁的正壓側(cè)。

1. During the processing of ventilation ducts, longitudinal joints should be avoided as much as possible, but transverse joints must not occur. Moreover, the bite seams and corners of the ventilation ducts need to be sealed tightly with sealant according to the design cleanliness level requirements. In addition, the sealing surface of the connection joint of the ventilation duct board should be set on the positive pressure side of the ventilation duct wall.

2、加工的時(shí)候，不能在通風(fēng)管道內(nèi)部設(shè)置加固框或者加固筋，因?yàn)檫@樣對(duì)于通風(fēng)管道的質(zhì)量會(huì)造成一定的影響。

3、通風(fēng)管道加工不能采用S型插條和C型直角插條的連接方式，另外對(duì)于一些特殊的通風(fēng)管道來說，還不能采用按扣式的咬口。

4、通風(fēng)管道制作完畢之后，還要用清洗液進(jìn)行清洗，只有達(dá)到清洗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之后，才可以及時(shí)封口。

5、玻璃纖維復(fù)合板風(fēng)管端口為切割面時(shí)，在裝配法蘭連接件前應(yīng)將管端切口面用膠帶或膠液進(jìn)行封堵，才能防止玻璃纖維外露和飛散
