一、手工焊接

1、 Manual welding

手工焊是一種特別普遍的、常用的,同時也是操作簡單使用方便的焊接法。電弧的長度可以依靠操作者手工來進行合理調(diào)節(jié),而調(diào)節(jié)則是根據(jù)電焊條和需要焊接的工件之間的縫隙來進行,根據(jù)縫隙的大小調(diào)節(jié)電弧的長度。焊條不僅可以作為焊接不銹鋼材質(zhì)的工具,同時,它在一定的情況下也可以作為焊縫的一種有效填充材料。而這種材料,可以更好地接合不銹鋼工件,達到更好的兼容性。

金屬氣體保護焊是一種自動氣體保護電弧焊。在使用此種方法的過程中,電弧在保護氣體約束下,在焊絲和不銹鋼工件之間進行燃燒焊接。機械焊接設(shè)備送入的焊絲就是一根根焊條,通過電弧下融化為液體不銹鋼。鑒于MAG焊接法的通用性和特殊性兼有的特殊性能,是當今不銹鋼焊接行業(yè)使用.為廣泛的一種焊接法。而且,因為其具備多項優(yōu)點,在很長一段時間內(nèi)也一定是廣泛的焊接方法。

三、鎢極惰性氣體保護焊

3、 Tungsten inert gas shielded welding

在這種使用方法中,電弧產(chǎn)生在穩(wěn)定的鎢電焊絲和不銹鋼材質(zhì)工件,這種保護焊所采用的保護氣體為氬氣,自動焊接設(shè)備所送入的焊絲自身不帶電.焊絲也可以進行人工送,但是有一定的危險性。一些特定條件下,不需要送入焊絲,需要焊接的不銹鋼材料決定了是否采用直流電。如果采用直流電時,鎢電焊絲必須設(shè)置為負極,因為其自身焊透能力非常強,對于各種種類的不銹鋼都有很好的焊接效果
