通風(fēng)設(shè)備管道制作方法及要求

通風(fēng)、空氣調(diào)節(jié)工廠所使用的主要材料、設(shè)備、成品辦成品等均應(yīng)有出廠合格證明書或質(zhì)量鑒定文件。通風(fēng)工廠必須按批準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙施工。通風(fēng)管道制作的尺寸應(yīng)按圖施工，均以內(nèi)徑為準(zhǔn)，連接管應(yīng)與閥體相吻合。圓形彎管的彎曲半徑和少節(jié)數(shù)及矩形彎管的彎曲半徑應(yīng)按《建筑安裝工程施工技術(shù)操作規(guī)程》中有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。圓形風(fēng)管的三通，其夾角為90o。風(fēng)管各管段的連接應(yīng)采用可拆卸的形式。風(fēng)管厚度按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

部件安裝前應(yīng)進(jìn)行如下檢查，經(jīng)檢查合格并填寫有關(guān)驗(yàn)收資料后方可進(jìn)行安裝：風(fēng)口表面應(yīng)平整，偏差<=2mm，矩形風(fēng)口對(duì)角線之差<=3mm，圓形風(fēng)口任意正交兩直徑的允許偏差<=2mm。風(fēng)口各轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分應(yīng)靈活，葉片或插板應(yīng)平直，葉片內(nèi)距應(yīng)均勻，散流器的擴(kuò)數(shù)環(huán)和調(diào)節(jié)應(yīng)同軸，軸向間距分布勻稱，葉片等啟閉應(yīng)完全，人防密閉閥方向與沖擊波相準(zhǔn)確，不可裝反，葉片全開或全閉，不可作調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)量之用。各類閥門制作應(yīng)牢固，調(diào)節(jié)制動(dòng)裝置應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確靈活、可靠，并標(biāo)明閥門啟閉方向，防火閥殼體厚度應(yīng)大于等于2mm，材料選用應(yīng)符合GB50243-97規(guī)范要求。柔性短管人防濾毒系統(tǒng)選用橡膠型，其他選用三防防火帆布，各吊、支、托架，應(yīng)平整牢固，焊縫飽滿，抱箍的圓弧應(yīng)均勻。

The blades should be fully open or fully closed, and cannot be used for adjusting the air volume. The production of various types of valves should be firm, the adjustment and braking device should be accurate, flexible, and reliable, and the valve opening and closing direction should be indicated. The thickness of the fire valve shell should be no less than 2mm, and the material selection should comply with the requirements of GB50243-97 specification. The flexible short pipe civil air defense and gas filtration system adopts rubber type, while the other uses three proof fireproof canvas. Each suspension, support, and bracket should be flat and firm, with full welds, and the arc of the hoop should be even.

管道在安裝前應(yīng)對(duì)其除塵，保證管道內(nèi)外表面整潔，管道在安裝前應(yīng)檢查其平整和水平度，經(jīng)監(jiān)理或甲方認(rèn)可并填寫有關(guān)驗(yàn)收資料后方可安裝。管道吊裝前先要核對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)留孔洞的位置、尺寸、標(biāo)高，并將風(fēng)管內(nèi)外擦拭干凈，嚴(yán)防施工中的垃圾管道中，安裝部位的障礙物要清理。

管道和配件可拆卸的接口，不得裝設(shè)在墻和走道樓板內(nèi)。支、吊、托架的預(yù)埋件或膨脹螺栓，位置應(yīng)準(zhǔn)確、牢固可靠，埋入部分不得油漆，并應(yīng)支除油污。不保溫支、吊、托架間距無(wú)設(shè)計(jì)要求應(yīng)遵照下列執(zhí)行。水平安裝：風(fēng)管直徑或大邊長(zhǎng)小于40mm，間距<=4m;大于或等于400mm，則間距≤3m。垂直安裝：間距<=4m但每根立管的固定件應(yīng)大于等于2個(gè)。保溫管應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。支、吊、托架不得設(shè)置在風(fēng)口、閥門、檢視門外。吊架不得直接吊在法蘭上，并在適當(dāng)處設(shè)防止擺動(dòng)的固定點(diǎn)。防火閥、電動(dòng)風(fēng)閥等部件安裝處必須單獨(dú)設(shè)吊支架。法蘭的墊料厚度為3—5mm，塑料不得凸入管內(nèi)。連接法蘭的螺栓。其螺母應(yīng)在同一側(cè)，材質(zhì)按設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行。風(fēng)管水平安裝，水平度應(yīng)<=3/1000，總偏差應(yīng)<=20mm。風(fēng)管垂直安裝，垂直度應(yīng)<=2/1000，總偏差應(yīng)<=20mm。人防出墻風(fēng)管按人防要求作坡度。風(fēng)管的閥類調(diào)節(jié)部門應(yīng)安裝在便于操作的部位，閥板應(yīng)順氣流方向插入，防火閥安裝位置應(yīng)正確，易熔件應(yīng)在系統(tǒng)安裝后裝入。各類風(fēng)口安裝應(yīng)平整，位置準(zhǔn)確。轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)部分應(yīng)靈活，與風(fēng)管連接應(yīng)牢固。柔性短管安裝松緊適當(dāng)，不得扭曲。

The detachable interfaces of pipes and accessories shall not be installed in walls and walkway floors. The embedded parts or expansion bolts of supports, hangers, and brackets should be positioned accurately, firmly, and reliably. The embedded parts should not be painted, and oil stains should be removed. The spacing between non insulated supports, hangers, and brackets should comply with the following design requirements. Horizontal installation: The diameter or major side length of the air duct is less than 40mm, and the spacing is<=4m; If it is greater than or equal to 400mm, the spacing≤ 3m. Vertical installation: spacing<=4m, but the fixed parts of each riser should be no less than 2. The insulation pipe should meet the design requirements. The hanger shall not be directly hung on the flange, and fixed points shall be set at appropriate locations to prevent swinging. Separate suspension brackets must be installed at the installation locations of fire dampers, electric dampers, and other components. The gasket thickness of the flange is 3– 5mm, plastic should not protrude into the pipe. Bolt connecting the flange. The nuts should be on the same side, and the material should be made according to the design requirements. The air duct should be installed horizontally, with a levelness of<=3/1000 and a total deviation of<=20mm. The air duct should be installed vertically, with a verticality of<=2/1000 and a total deviation of<=20mm. The air duct for civil air defense shall be sloped according to the requirements of civil air defense. The valve adjustment department of the air duct should be installed in a convenient location for operation, the valve plate should be inserted in the direction of the airflow, the installation position of the fire damper should be correct, and the fusible parts should be installed after the system is installed. The installation of various air vents should be flat and accurately positioned. The transfer part should be flexible and firmly connected to the air duct. The flexible short pipe should be installed with appropriate tightness and should not be twisted.
