通風(fēng)管道與附件的裝置的特點

1、 在一道密閉閥門工程口部的管道與配件,應(yīng)選用厚2~3mm的鋼板焊接制造.其焊縫應(yīng)飽滿、均勻、緊密.

2、染毒區(qū)的通風(fēng)管道應(yīng)選用焊接銜接.通風(fēng)管道與密閉閥門應(yīng)選用帶密封槽的法蘭銜接,其觸摸應(yīng)平坦;法蘭墊圈應(yīng)選用整圈無接口橡膠密封圈.

3、 主體工程內(nèi)通風(fēng)管與配件的鋼板厚度應(yīng)契合規(guī)劃請求.

當(dāng)規(guī)劃無具體請求時.鋼板厚度應(yīng)大于0.75mm.

4、 工程測壓管在防護(hù)密閉門外的一端應(yīng)設(shè)有向下的彎頭;

另一端宜設(shè)在通風(fēng)機(jī)房或控制室.并應(yīng)裝置球閥.經(jīng)過防毒通道的測壓管,其接口應(yīng)選用焊接.

5、 通風(fēng)管的測定孔、洗消取樣管應(yīng)與管一起制造.測定孔和洗消取樣管應(yīng)封堵.

6、 通風(fēng)管內(nèi)氣流方向、閥門啟閉方向及開啟度,應(yīng)標(biāo)明明晰、精確.

6, ventilation pipe airflow direction, valve opening and closing direction and opening degree should be marked clear and accurate
