針對(duì)空調(diào)通風(fēng)管道中不銹鋼風(fēng)管的工程量計(jì)算規(guī)則與方法一些技巧心得，濟(jì)南通風(fēng)管道廠小編給大家整理分享。

The editor of Jinan Ventilation Pipeline Factory has compiled and shared some tips and experiences on the calculation rules and methods of engineering quantities for stainless steel air ducts in air conditioning ventilation ducts.

1、薄鋼板風(fēng)管

1. Thin steel plate air duct

（1）風(fēng)管按不同規(guī)格以展開面積計(jì)算，管上檢查孔、測(cè)定孔、送風(fēng)口、吸風(fēng)口等所占面積不扣除。

(1) The air duct is calculated based on its expanded area according to different specifications, and the area occupied by inspection holes, measuring holes, air supply outlets, suction outlets, etc. on the duct is not deducted.

（2）計(jì)算風(fēng)管長度時(shí)一律以圖注線長度為準(zhǔn)，包括彎頭、三通、變徑管、天圓地方等管件的長度，但不得包括通風(fēng)部件（如風(fēng)閥、風(fēng)口等）所在位置的長度。風(fēng)管直徑和周長按圖注尺寸展開。但咬口風(fēng)管的接口及翻邊量不得計(jì)算在展開面積內(nèi)。

(2) When calculating the length of the air duct, the center line length in the drawing shall be used as the standard, including the length of pipes such as elbows, tees, variable diameter pipes, and circular areas, but it shall not include the length of the location of ventilation components (such as air valves, air vents, etc.). The diameter and perimeter of the air duct shall be expanded according to the dimensions indicated in the drawing. However, the interface and flange amount of the biting air duct shall not be calculated within the developed area.

（3）風(fēng)管導(dǎo)流葉片按葉片的面積計(jì)算。

(3) The guide vanes of the air duct are calculated based on the area of the blades.

（4）風(fēng)管附件（除軟性接頭按計(jì)算外），檢查孔、測(cè)定孔等按不同類型、規(guī)格分別以個(gè)為單位計(jì)算。

(4) Air duct accessories (excluding flexible joints calculated in square meters), inspection holes, measuring holes, etc. are calculated in units of different types and specifications.

2、不銹鋼風(fēng)管及鋁板風(fēng)管

2. Stainless steel air duct and aluminum plate air duct

風(fēng)管的計(jì)算規(guī)則同薄鋼板風(fēng)管，部件按設(shè)計(jì)成品重量計(jì)算。

The calculation rules for air ducts are the same as for thin steel plate air ducts, and the components are calculated based on the weight of the designed finished product.

3、塑料風(fēng)管及部件

3. Plastic air ducts and components

（1）風(fēng)管按圖注不同規(guī)格以展開面積計(jì)算，檢查孔、測(cè)定孔、送風(fēng)口、吸風(fēng)口等所占面積不扣除。

(1) The air duct is calculated based on the expanded area according to different specifications indicated in the drawing. The area occupied by inspection holes, measuring holes, air supply outlets, suction outlets, etc. is not deducted.

（2）計(jì)算風(fēng)管長度時(shí)，一律以圖注線長度為準(zhǔn)，包括彎頭、三通、變徑管、天圓地方等管件的長度，但不得包括通風(fēng)部件（如風(fēng)閥、風(fēng)口等）所在位置的長度，風(fēng)管直徑和周長以圖注尺寸展開。

(2) When calculating the length of air ducts, the length of the centerline indicated in the drawing shall prevail, including the length of fittings such as elbows, tees, variable diameter pipes, and circular areas, but shall not include the length of the location of ventilation components (such as air valves, air vents, etc.). The diameter and circumference of air ducts shall be expanded based on the dimensions indicated in the drawing.

（3）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)部件和非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)部件均按成品的重量計(jì)算。

(3) Both standard and non-standard components are calculated based on the weight of the finished product.

導(dǎo)流葉片計(jì)算：

Calculation of guide vanes:

導(dǎo)流葉片的作用：是將從空氣調(diào)節(jié)主機(jī)壓出通過交換的冷氣，順著風(fēng)管從風(fēng)口排除，達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)室內(nèi)空氣的目的。當(dāng)冷氣通過風(fēng)管彎頭處時(shí)，如果不對(duì)其進(jìn)行導(dǎo)流，勢(shì)必產(chǎn)生渦流影響冷氣傳導(dǎo)！因此風(fēng)管彎頭處必須安裝導(dǎo)流葉片！往往有一些年輕筒子們忽視導(dǎo)流葉片計(jì)算，要么就過估很不準(zhǔn)確。小編提供列表計(jì)算如下：

The function of the guide vane is to press out the exchanged cold air from the air conditioning host and exhaust it from the air outlet along the air duct, achieving the purpose of regulating indoor air. When cold air passes through the bend of the air duct, if it is not guided, eddy currents will inevitably affect the conduction of cold air! Therefore, guide vanes must be installed at the elbow of the air duct! Often, some young tube workers overlook the calculation of guide vanes, or overestimate and make inaccurate predictions. The list provided by the editor is calculated as follows:

風(fēng)管導(dǎo)流葉片長邊確定片數(shù)表：

Table for determining the number of blades on the long side of the air duct guide vanes:

1、根據(jù)風(fēng)管長邊規(guī)格尺寸選擇相對(duì)應(yīng)導(dǎo)流葉片的片數(shù)。

1. Select the corresponding number of guide vanes based on the specifications and dimensions of the long side of the air duct.

2、根據(jù)風(fēng)管短邊規(guī)格尺寸選擇相對(duì)應(yīng)導(dǎo)流葉片單片面積數(shù)×根據(jù)長邊尺寸已選定的導(dǎo)流葉片片數(shù)=該規(guī)格的風(fēng)管導(dǎo)流葉片總面積。

2. Select the corresponding number of single guide vane areas based on the specifications and dimensions of the short side of the air duct × The number of selected guide vanes based on the size of the long side=the total area of the guide vanes in the duct of that specification.

驗(yàn)收規(guī)范中規(guī)定當(dāng)平面寬度大于或等于500mm時(shí)都應(yīng)設(shè)置導(dǎo)流葉片，那么以上兩種情況都應(yīng)計(jì)算導(dǎo)流葉片的工程量。

The acceptance specification stipulates that guide vanes should be installed when the plane width is greater than or equal to 500mm, and the engineering quantity of guide vanes should be calculated for both cases.
