濟(jì)南風(fēng)管加工廠提醒，所用的無機(jī)原料、玻纖布及填充料等應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。原料中填充料及含量應(yīng)有法定檢測(cè)部門的證明技術(shù)文件。

Jinan Air Pipe Processing Factory reminds that the inorganic raw materials, fiberglass cloth, and fillers used should meet the design requirements. The filling materials and their content in the raw materials should be certified by the legal testing department with technical documents.

玻璃鋼中玻纖布的含量與規(guī)格應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，玻纖布應(yīng)干燥、清潔，不得含蠟。

The content and specifications of fiberglass cloth in fiberglass should meet the design requirements. The fiberglass cloth should be dry, clean, and free of wax.

作業(yè)條件：

集中加工應(yīng)具有寬敞、明亮、潔凈、通風(fēng)、地面平整、不潮濕的廠房。

Centralized processing should have a spacious, bright, clean, ventilated, flat ground, and non humid factory building.

有一定的成品存放地并有防雨、雪、風(fēng)且結(jié)構(gòu)牢固的設(shè)施。

There is a certain storage area for finished products and facilities that are rainproof, snowproof, windproof, and structurally sturdy.

作業(yè)點(diǎn)要有相應(yīng)的加工用模具、設(shè)施電源、消防器材等。

The operation site should have corresponding processing molds, facility power supplies, fire equipment, etc.

成品制作應(yīng)有批準(zhǔn)的圖紙，經(jīng)審查的大樣圖、系統(tǒng)圖，并有負(fù)責(zé)人的書面技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、交底。

The production of finished products should have approved drawings, reviewed detailed drawings, system diagrams, and written technical, quality, and safety disclosures from the responsible person.

按大樣圖選適當(dāng)模具支在特定的架子上開始操作。風(fēng)管用1∶1經(jīng)緯線的玻纖布增強(qiáng)，無機(jī)原料的重量含量為50%～60%。玻纖布的鋪置接縫應(yīng)錯(cuò)開，無重疊現(xiàn)象。原料應(yīng)涂刷均勻，不得漏涂。

Select the appropriate mold according to the detailed drawing and support it on a specific shelf to start the operation. The air duct is reinforced with glass fiber cloth with a 1:1 warp and weft line, and the weight content of inorganic raw materials is 50% to 60%. The laying joints of fiberglass cloth should be staggered without overlap. The raw materials should be evenly brushed and not missed.

The glass thickness and flange specifications should be 3. The wall thickness and flange specifications of fiberglass ducts and accessories should comply with the provisions of Table 4-17 (see Figure 4-7).

玻璃鋼風(fēng)管內(nèi)表面應(yīng)平整光滑（手感好），外表面應(yīng)整齊美觀，厚度均勻，邊緣無毛刺，不得有氣泡（氣孔）分層現(xiàn)象，外表面不得扭曲、不平度不大于3mm，內(nèi)外壁的直線度每米不大于5mm。

The inner surface of the fiberglass air duct should be flat and smooth (with a good touch), and the outer surface should be neat and beautiful, with uniform thickness, no burrs at the edges, and no bubbles (pores) or layering. The outer surface should not be twisted, with an unevenness of no more than 3mm, and the straightness of the inner and outer walls should not exceed 5mm per meter.

法蘭與風(fēng)管應(yīng)成一體與壁面要垂直，與管軸線成直角。不垂直度不大于2mm。

The flange and air duct should be integrated and perpendicular to the wall, and at right angles to the pipe axis. The non verticality shall not exceed 2mm.

法蘭自身表面應(yīng)平整，不平度不大于2‰。

The surface of the flange itself should be flat, and the unevenness should not exceed 2 ‰.

法蘭孔要打在法蘭線（除去壁厚），并保證在一條直線上。誤差不得超過2mm。

The flange hole should be punched on the centerline of the flange (excluding wall thickness) and ensure it is in a straight line. The error should not exceed 2mm.

風(fēng)管兩對(duì)角錢之差不大于3mm。

The difference between the two diagonal corners of the air duct shall not exceed 3mm.

管表面氣泡數(shù)量每平米不得多于5個(gè)，氣泡單個(gè)面積不大于10mm2。

The number of bubbles on the surface of the pipe shall not exceed 5 per square meter, and the individual area of bubbles shall not exceed 10mm2.

每節(jié)管可見裂紋，不得超過二處，裂紋不得超過管長的十分之一，裂紋距管邊緣不得小于50mm，管件嚴(yán)禁有貫通性裂紋。

There should be no more than two visible cracks in each section of the pipe, and the cracks should not exceed one tenth of the pipe length. The distance between the cracks and the edge of the pipe should not be less than 50mm, and there should be no continuous cracks in the pipe fittings.
