一、系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)的布局形式

1、 Layout of system network

為方便管網(wǎng)的管理和運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)，管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)不宜過(guò)大，同一系統(tǒng)有多個(gè)分支管時(shí)，應(yīng)將這些分支管分級(jí)控制，且同一系統(tǒng)的吸氣點(diǎn)不宜過(guò)多，一定要注意各支管的壓力平衡。常用的管網(wǎng)布局方式有干管配管、個(gè)別配管、環(huán)狀配管3種。

1、通風(fēng)管道安裝系統(tǒng)的鋪設(shè)原則

1. Laying principles of ventilation pipe installation system

管道鋪設(shè)分明裝、暗裝，一般采用明裝。因?yàn)槊餮b以便于檢修，在無(wú)法采用明裝時(shí)考慮暗裝方式，管道盡可能的集中成列，盡量沿墻或柱子平行鋪設(shè)，若管徑大或保溫應(yīng)布局在靠墻側(cè)。一般兩根管道平行布局時(shí)，間距不小于100～200mm。

The pipeline shall be laid in a clear and concealed manner, and generally installed in an open manner. Because open installation is convenient for maintenance, when it is not possible to use open installation, consider concealed installation. The pipes should be concentrated in rows as much as possible, and laid parallel to the wall or column as much as possible. If the pipe diameter is large or the insulation should be placed on the side against the wall. Generally, when two pipes are arranged in parallel, the spacing shall not be less than 100-200mm.

在以焊接為主要連接方式方法的管道中，應(yīng)設(shè)置足夠數(shù)量的法蘭連接，在以螺紋為主的連接管道中應(yīng)設(shè)置足夠的活接頭，以便宜于安裝、拆卸、檢修。

In pipelines where welding is the main connection method, a sufficient number of flange connections should be provided, and in threaded pipelines, sufficient unions should be provided to facilitate installation, disassembly, and maintenance.

3、通風(fēng)管道加工系統(tǒng)的支撐原則管道不宜與閥件直接支撐在設(shè)備上，應(yīng)單獨(dú)設(shè)置支架或吊架，管道的焊縫位置應(yīng)在施工方便或受力較小的地方，焊縫不得位于支架處且距離不小于200mm。

3. Support principle for the ventilation pipe processing system: The pipe should not be directly supported on the equipment with the valve. Instead, a separate bracket or hanger should be provided. The welding seam of the pipe should be located at a place where construction is convenient or the stress is small. The welding seam should not be located at the bracket and the distance should not be less than 200mm.

4、不同含塵氣體性質(zhì)不同，則凈化的分段處理應(yīng)不同。

當(dāng)污染源多時(shí)可以集中在一個(gè)凈化系統(tǒng)中，也可分為幾個(gè)系統(tǒng)，但出現(xiàn)污染物混合會(huì)引起燃燒、爆炸危險(xiǎn)、不同溫度和濕度的氣體，混合后出現(xiàn)管道內(nèi)結(jié)露、粉塵或氣體性質(zhì)不同，影響回收或凈化效率的。

However, mixing of pollutants can cause combustion, explosion hazards, and gases with different temperatures and humidity. After mixing, condensation in the pipeline, dust, or gases with different properties may occur, affecting recovery or purification efficiency.

5、通風(fēng)管道加工系統(tǒng)布局中要保證整體系統(tǒng)的漏損小，確保吸塵口的有足夠的風(fēng)量。
