防排煙風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)各方面的要求

1、材料要求

1. Material requirements

①風(fēng)管材料必須為不燃材料

The material of duct material must be non combustible material

②須采用鍍鋅鋼板或冷軋鋼板

Galvanized steel sheet or cold rolled steel sheet shall be used

③金屬材料厚度不小于0.8~1.2mm

Metal material thickness is not less than 0.8~1.2mm

④穿過防炎墻樓板時(shí)，風(fēng)道厚度不小于1.5mm

The thickness of the air duct is not less than 1.5mm when passing through the wall of the anti inflammation wall

2、保溫材料要求

2. Requirements of thermal insulation materials

①應(yīng)采用非燃材料進(jìn)行保溫，可采用玻璃纖維材料

Non combustible materials should be used for thermal insulation and glass fiber materials are adopted

②保溫層厚度不應(yīng)小于25mm

The thickness of insulating layer should not be less than 25mm

③安裝在吊頂內(nèi)的排煙管道，其保溫材料應(yīng)與可燃物保持150mm距離

Installed in the ceiling of the exhaust pipe, the insulation material should be kept 150mm distance from combustible materials

3、排煙風(fēng)速

3 smoke exhaust speed

①采用金屬材料時(shí)，風(fēng)速不應(yīng)大于20m/s

When using metal material, the wind speed should not be greater than 20m/s

4、排煙風(fēng)口

4 、 smoke outlet

①煙氣排煙出口應(yīng)采用1.5mm鋼板制作

Smoke and smoke exhaust should be made of 1.5mm steel plate

②每個(gè)排煙系統(tǒng)，排煙口數(shù)量不宜多于30個(gè)

Each smoke exhaust system, the number of smoke exhaust should not be more than 30

③排煙口較小面積不宜小于0.04m2

The minimum area of smoke exhaust should not be less than 0.04m2
