螺旋風(fēng)管的適用場景有哪些？

螺旋風(fēng)管應(yīng)采用金屬帶卷成螺旋咬合薄壁管，圓形，無焊接，主要用于排氣和散裝材料運(yùn)輸，取代傳統(tǒng)的白鐵管（即手動(dòng)咬合鐵管）。是風(fēng)管的一種，全體制，接管無需手工敲擊。

Spiral air duct shall be rolled into spiral bite thin wall pipe with metal strip, round, non-welded, mainly used for exhaust and bulk material transportation, instead of traditional white iron pipe (i.e. manual bite iron pipe). It is a kind of air duct with full system, and the connecting pipe does not need to be knocked manually.

其適用范圍如下：

Its scope of application is as follows:

（1）排風(fēng)，包含通氣，如送鮮風(fēng)和排氣，這個(gè)范疇較廣，如工廠車間，生產(chǎn)場所氣體，因?yàn)橛泻ξ镔|(zhì)產(chǎn)生需要排出戶外，又需要將戶外氣體輸送室內(nèi)。此時(shí)，應(yīng)使用流量大、壓力小的空氣輸送管道。螺旋風(fēng)管非常適用。鍍鋅鐵管一般用于腐蝕性和濕冷場所。

(1) Exhaust, including ventilation, such as fresh air supply and exhaust, covers a wide range of areas, such as factory workshops and production sites. Because of the generation of hazardous substances, outdoor gases need to be discharged outdoors, and outdoor gases need to be transported indoors. At this time, air delivery pipes with large flow and low pressure should be used. Spiral duct is very suitable. Galvanized iron pipes are generally used in corrosive and wet and cold places.

（2）送冷風(fēng)。常見的是空調(diào)管道，這種管道必須加保溫材料。集塵風(fēng)管定制可粘貼保溫材料，表面美觀。

(2) Supply cold air. It is common for air conditioning pipes, which must be added with thermal insulation materials. The dust collecting duct can be customized and pasted with thermal insulation materials, with beautiful surface.

（3）排油煙。餐廳、酒店、酒店廚房產(chǎn)生大量油煙，必須排出，圓形風(fēng)管是油煙管。螺旋風(fēng)管在這里稱為油煙管。

(3) Exhaust lampblack. A large amount of lampblack is produced in restaurants, hotels and hotel kitchens and must be discharged. The circular air duct is the lampblack duct. The spiral air duct is called oil smoke duct here.

（4）除灰。有些工廠生產(chǎn)線有很多浮塵，必須有相關(guān)的除塵裝置，流量大的管道，可以使用螺旋風(fēng)管。

(4) Ash removal. Some factory production lines have a lot of floating dust, and must have relevant dust removal devices. For pipes with large flow, spiral air ducts can be used.

（5）散裝物料輸送。在一些工廠的生產(chǎn)中，必須輸送松散的顆粒，通常比例小，如泡沫塑料顆粒，螺旋風(fēng)管成本低，效果好。

(5) Bulk material transportation. In the production of some factories, loose particles must be transported, usually with a small proportion, such as foam plastic particles. Spiral air ducts have low cost and good effect.

不銹鋼焊接風(fēng)管加固規(guī)定：

Regulations on reinforcement of stainless steel welded air duct:

1、如支點(diǎn)管路，則支點(diǎn)與管路邊沿或法蘭片中間的間隔應(yīng)是勻稱的。

1. In case of fulcrum pipeline, the spacing between fulcrum and pipeline edge or flange shall be uniform.

2、如采用波浪紋桿或波浪紋線工程加固，布局應(yīng)尺度，間距應(yīng)均勻。對(duì)于操作面板，應(yīng)當(dāng)沒有明顯的變形和別的挫敗。

2. If the corrugated bar or corrugated line engineering is used for reinforcement, the layout shall be scale and the spacing shall be uniform. For the operation panel, there should be no obvious deformation and other frustrations.

3、不銹鋼焊接風(fēng)管工程加固時(shí)，應(yīng)選用波浪紋桿、垂直桿、角鋼、鍍鋅扁鋼、建筑鋼材和內(nèi)支撐架等特定工具。

3. When reinforcing the stainless steel welded air duct project, special tools such as corrugated bar, vertical bar, angle steel, galvanized flat steel, construction steel and internal support frame shall be selected.

4、角鋼或建筑鋼材的應(yīng)用也須以均勻?qū)ΨQ的辦法布局，其高度不能超過法蘭片總寬。
