漏光法檢測是采用光線對(duì)小孔的強(qiáng)透視力，對(duì)系統(tǒng)螺旋風(fēng)管嚴(yán)密程度進(jìn)行定性檢測的方法。其試驗(yàn)方法是在一定長度的螺旋風(fēng)管上，在黑暗的環(huán)境下，在螺旋風(fēng)管內(nèi)用一個(gè)電壓不高于36V、功率在100W以上的帶保護(hù)罩的燈泡，從螺旋風(fēng)管的一端緩緩移向另一端，試驗(yàn)時(shí)若在螺旋風(fēng)管外能觀察到光線，則說明螺旋風(fēng)管有漏點(diǎn)，并對(duì)螺旋風(fēng)管的漏風(fēng)處進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。
