鍍鋅螺旋風(fēng)管對(duì)于散裝物料的輸送要注意什么？

散裝物料的輸送。在一些通風(fēng)管道加工工廠的生產(chǎn)過程中，需要輸送松散的顆粒，特別是比例較小的螺旋風(fēng)管，如發(fā)泡塑料顆粒，成本低，效果好。螺旋風(fēng)管是一種薄壁管，由金屬帶材卷制而成，圓形，無焊接，無漏氣，無漏水，多用于送風(fēng)和散裝物料輸送，而不是傳統(tǒng)的白鐵管(即手工咬鐵管)。它是一種風(fēng)管，全機(jī)制，直管不需要手動(dòng)敲擊。

通風(fēng)管道加工的過程中應(yīng)該盡量避免出現(xiàn)縱向接縫，但是一定不能出現(xiàn)橫向接縫。而且通風(fēng)管道的咬口縫和四角的縫隙處，需要按照設(shè)計(jì)潔凈等級(jí)要求，然后還要采用密封膠將其堵嚴(yán)。另外通風(fēng)管道板材的連接縫的密封面應(yīng)該設(shè)在通風(fēng)管道壁的正壓側(cè)。

通風(fēng)管道制作完畢之后，還要用清洗液進(jìn)行清洗，只有達(dá)到清洗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之后，才可以及時(shí)封口。
