廚房排煙管道很重要，安裝使用時一定要特別注意幾個事項，比如管道的通風面積，低層排煙不暢，如下：

一、主排氣管通風面積不足。

根據(jù)工程經(jīng)驗，主排氣管內(nèi)風速不能超過15m/s，否則運行一段時間后排氣系統(tǒng)容易堵塞。在油煙凈化器的運行實踐中，大多數(shù)情況是由于排氣管通風面積不足造成的，管內(nèi)氣體流速在15m/s以上。

二、管道截面積變小。

三、管道使用后會堆積。

當排煙管道穿過建筑橫梁或避開其他設(shè)備管道時，一段排煙管會低于整個排煙管的平面。使用一段時間后，油水混合物會堆積在排煙管的下部，直接影響排煙的順暢性。

四、低層排煙不順暢

不同樓層的廚房油煙通過同一主管道排出，靠近出口的樓層排煙效果較好，而較低樓層排煙不暢。

五、建議配備排煙風機

5、 Smoke exhaust fan is recommended

對于高油煙的廚房，建議配備排煙風機。常用的排煙風機有軸流風機、風機箱和離心風機。
