風管是整個工程的“呼吸道”，風管系統(tǒng)在安裝時關重要，不僅決定了系統(tǒng)安裝后的美觀度更重要的是決定了系統(tǒng)的功能性，因此控制風管安裝的質量關重要。

1、圓形風管的加固：圓形風管由于其本身的強度較高，而且風管兩端的法蘭起到一定的加固作用

當圓形風管的直徑大于或等于800mm，且其管段長度大于1250mm或管段總表面積大于4m2時，每隔l500mm才加設一個扁鋼加固圈，并用鉚釘固定。

為了防止咬口在運輸或吊裝時裂開，圓形風管的直徑大于500mm時，其縱向咬口的兩端用鉚釘或點焊固定。

1、如果風管的材料不耐火，但是又有可能接觸明火，比如說一段PVC材料的通風管被架設在加熱器附近，那么就有必要做防火處理。

2、如果風管輸送的氣體易燃易爆好是有防火包裹。比如一個正壓風管輸送帶有油煙的廢氣，防火包裹能延長通風管耐受時間，避免風管燒毀，大量氣體溢出會導致爆燃。

3、如果風管輸送的氣體對溫度敏感，可能是氣體組分對溫度敏感、容易溫度變性。這時不僅要有恒溫處理，也要有防火處理，以免意外情況發(fā)生。
