根據(jù)規(guī)范要求，不同規(guī)格的螺旋風管應采用不同尺寸的支架和吊架。吊架的長度應根據(jù)鍍鋅風管的尺寸和安裝高度以及地梁或鋼架的高度進行剪裁加工。衣架的掛碼應采用角鋼加工，衣架端部的螺紋應符合調(diào)整鍍鋅螺旋風管高度的要求。衣架頂部應焊接固定角鋼碼，衣架應刷兩遍防銹漆和面漆。吊架完成后，可按照鍍鋅螺旋風管的布置方向進行安裝，其間距符合設計規(guī)范要求。

根據(jù)設計圖紙和規(guī)范的要求，應安裝鍍鋅螺旋風管。安裝螺旋風管前，應將裝配部位清洗干凈。之后，根據(jù)圖中螺旋風管的分布情況，將組裝好的鍍鋅螺旋風管按照鍍鋅螺旋風管的數(shù)量進行排列組合，并檢查鍍鋅螺旋風管的尺寸。軸位符合圖紙后，即可進行吊裝。
