一、選用的不銹鋼板不得有悉數(shù)危害不銹鋼板質量的裂紋、氣泡、溶洞等缺點。

二、所選板材的表層應平坦、薄、對稱，無裂紋、砂孔、傷痕、棱角、銹跡。

三、選用的其他材料不得因缺點而降低制品的抗壓強度或危及其運用效率。

四、金屬材料通風風管及備件的直徑或外長答應過失小于等于300mm時為-1mm，大于300mm時為-2mm。環(huán)形法蘭內徑或矩形框法蘭內緣的答應過失為±2mm，不平坦度不得逾越2mm。

4、 The diameter or diameter of metal material ventilation duct and spare parts is - 1mm when it is less than or equal to 300mm, and - 2mm when it is greater than 300mm. The allowable deviation of the inner diameter of the annular flange or the inner edge of the rectangular frame flange is ± 2mm, and the unevenness shall not exceed 2mm.

五、通風風管管層，面層應平坦，弧形對稱，縱向接縫搭接。此外，牙齒的咬合也要緊密，總寬度要對稱。焊接外觀應檢查無氣孔、砂粒、夾渣、裂紋等缺點。

5、 The surface layer of ventilation duct shall be flat, arc-shaped and symmetrical, and the longitudinal joints shall be overlapped. In addition, the bite of teeth should be tight and the total width should be symmetrical. The welding appearance shall be free of defects such as pores, sand particles, slag inclusion and cracks.

六、風管系統(tǒng)軟件中的全部直角角均應設置消音彎和鍍鋅鐵板排水板。

6、 Silencing bends and galvanized iron drain plates shall be set at all right angles in the air duct system software.
