風(fēng)管加固的規(guī)定要求，一般來講主要有以下這些，為：

(1)法蘭風(fēng)管上如有加強(qiáng)筋的話，那么其凸出部分應(yīng)在風(fēng)管的表面面上，且擺放距離應(yīng)均勻，板面不能出現(xiàn)變形。

(1) If there are stiffeners on the flange air duct, the protruding part shall be on the surface of the air duct, and the placement distance shall be uniform, and the plate surface shall not be deformed.

(2)假如風(fēng)管的法蘭強(qiáng)度低于規(guī)定強(qiáng)度的話，那么可以進(jìn)行加固處理，不過加固件與風(fēng)管銜接法蘭一端之間的距離不能大于250毫米。

(2) If the flange strength of the air duct is lower than the specified strength, reinforcement can be carried out, but the distance between the reinforcement and one end of the connecting flange of the air duct shall not be greater than 250mm.

(3)外加固型材的高度，應(yīng)不高于風(fēng)管法蘭的高度，與風(fēng)管應(yīng)牢固銜接，螺栓或鉚接點(diǎn)之間的距離應(yīng)不大于220毫米。

(4)假如風(fēng)管內(nèi)支撐加固的話，那么應(yīng)擺放整齊，距離要均勻?qū)ΨQ，在支撐件兩頭的風(fēng)管受力面處設(shè)置專用的墊圈。

(4) If the support in the air duct is reinforced, it should be placed neatly, the distance should be uniform and symmetrical, and special gaskets should be set at the stress surface of the air duct at both ends of the support.

(5)風(fēng)管的密封，應(yīng)運(yùn)用板材銜接這一方法，不過也可以選用密封膠嵌縫，或者是其它一些密封方法。假如運(yùn)用密封膠，那么應(yīng)符合規(guī)定要求，密封面應(yīng)設(shè)在風(fēng)管的正壓面。

(5) For the sealing of air duct, the method of plate connection should be used, but sealant caulking or other sealing methods can also be used. If sealant is used, it shall meet the specified requirements, and the sealing surface shall be set on the positive pressure surface of the air duct.

(6)角鋼、加固筋與風(fēng)管進(jìn)行鉚接時(shí)，應(yīng)是牢固的，相接處應(yīng)連成一體。

(7)法蘭在安裝到風(fēng)管上之前，應(yīng)做好漆，避免污染風(fēng)管。
