除塵系統(tǒng)風管適合在廠房使用

通風管道作業(yè)條件：一般送風機系統(tǒng)和空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的安裝，要在建筑物圍護結構施工完，障礙物已清理，地面無雜物的條件下進行。風管加工對空氣潔凈系統(tǒng)的安裝，應在建筑物內(nèi)部安裝部件的地面已做好，墻面已抹灰完畢，室內(nèi)無灰塵飛揚或有防塵措施的條件下進行。

一般除塵系統(tǒng)風管安裝宜在廠房的工藝設備安裝完或設備基礎已確定，設備連接器、罩體方位已知的情況下進行。檢查現(xiàn)場預留孔洞位置、尺寸應符合圖紙要求，每邊比實際截面大100mm。

通風管道材質要求：各種安裝材料應具有出廠合格證明書或質量鑒定文件及產(chǎn)品清單。風管成品不允許有變形、扭曲、開裂、孔洞、法蘭脫落、開焊、漏鉚、漏打螺栓孔等缺陷;安裝的閥體、風口等部件應檢查調(diào)節(jié)裝置是否靈活，消聲片、油漆層有無損傷。安裝使用的材料：螺栓、螺母、墊圈、墊料、密封條、自攻螺釘，拉鉚釘，焊條、各種帆布、無紡布、射釘、膨脹螺栓應符合產(chǎn)品質量要求。鐵皮管道廠家在制作時,其所用板材、螺旋風管廠家型材以及其他主要成品材料制作要求十分嚴格。焊縫應作外觀檢查,不應有氣孔、砂眼、夾渣、裂紋等缺陷,焊接后鋼板的變形應矯正。
