廢氣煙囪(排氣筒)規(guī)格要求

1煙囪結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)符合《煙囪設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50051――2002)和《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50017――2003)的要求。

1 chimney structure design shall comply with the requirements of code for design of chimneys (GB 50051-2002) and code for design of steel structures (GB 50017-2003).

2.設(shè)計(jì)煙囪時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)使用條件、功能要求、煙囪高度、材料供應(yīng)及施工條件等因素，確定采用磚煙囪、鋼筋混凝土煙囪或鋼煙囪。

2. When designing chimney, brick chimney, reinforced concrete chimney or steel chimney shall be determined according to service conditions, functional requirements, chimney height, material supply, construction conditions and other factors.

3.下列情況不宜采用磚煙囪：①重要的或高度大于60 m的煙囪;②地震設(shè)防裂度為9度地區(qū)的煙囪;③地震設(shè)防裂度為8度時(shí)，Ill、IV類場地的煙囪。

3. Brick chimneys should not be used under the following circumstances: ① important chimneys or chimneys with a height greater than 60m; ② Chimneys in areas with seismic fortification crack degree of 9; ③ When the seismic fortification crack is 8 degrees, the chimneys of ill and IV sites.

4.煙囪基礎(chǔ)一般宜采用板式基礎(chǔ)。板式基礎(chǔ)可以是環(huán)形或圓形的。在條件允許時(shí)，可采用殼式基礎(chǔ)。

4. Generally, slab foundation should be adopted for chimney foundation. The slab foundation can be annular or circular. Shell foundation can be adopted when conditions permit.

5.煙囪筒壁和基礎(chǔ)的受熱溫度應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

5. The heating temperature of chimney wall and foundation shall meet the following requirements:

①燒結(jié)普通鄙土磚筒壁的受熱溫度不應(yīng)超過400℃;

① The maximum heating temperature of sintered common clay brick cylinder wall shall not exceed 400 ℃;

②鋼筋混凝土筒壁和基礎(chǔ)以及素混凝土基礎(chǔ)，受熱溫度不應(yīng)超過150℃;

② The heating temperature of reinforced concrete cylinder wall and foundation and plain concrete foundation shall not exceed 150 ℃;

③鋼煙囪筒壁的受熱溫度應(yīng)符合相關(guān)規(guī)定。

③ The maximum heating temperature of steel chimney wall shall comply with relevant regulations.

6.煙囪的荷載與作用可分為下列三類：

6. The load and action of chimney can be divided into the following three categories:

①性荷載與作用：結(jié)構(gòu)自重、土重。土壓力、拉線的拉力;

① Permanent load and action: structure weight and soil weight. Earth pressure and pulling force of stay wire;

②可變荷載與作用

② Variable loads and actions

③偶然荷載：罕遇地震作用、拉線斷線、撞擊、爆炸等。

③ Accidental load: rare earthquake, pull wire breakage, impact, explosion, etc.

7.煙囪的高度應(yīng)同時(shí)滿足污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)的要求。

7. The height of chimney shall meet the requirements of national pollutant emission standard and environmental assessment at the same time.
