通風(fēng)風(fēng)管中風(fēng)管與支吊架安裝注意事項(xiàng)

鍍鋅排煙管道中有風(fēng)管、支撐架、支架等附注，其安裝分成兩一部分，一部分是風(fēng)管，包含共板法蘭風(fēng)管、鍍鋅焊接風(fēng)管，另一部分是支撐架和支架，這兩一部分有下列詳盡內(nèi)容。

1.風(fēng)管

1. Air duct

(1)支氣管的安裝須在工程建筑圍封物的工程施工後開展，而該地址早已結(jié)束。

(2)在設(shè)定管路以前，要科學(xué)研究管路的位置、海拔高度、方位等，為了實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)方案規(guī)定，保證孔的位置務(wù)必恰當(dāng)，孔的尺寸務(wù)必在管路外的規(guī)格的100mm左右。

(2) Before setting the pipeline, it is necessary to scientifically study the position, altitude and orientation of the pipeline. In order to realize the provisions of the design scheme, ensure that the position of the hole must be appropriate, and the size of the hole must be about 100mm of the specification outside the pipeline.

(3)在解決支氣管時(shí)，須避免撞擊或跌落，以防毀壞支氣管。安裝前要塵土和臟物。假如安裝全過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)中止，應(yīng)關(guān)掉風(fēng)管張口，以避免塵土和臟東西進(jìn)到風(fēng)管。

(3) When solving the bronchus, collision or falling must be avoided to prevent destruction of the bronchus. Remove dust and dirt before installation. In case of suspension during the whole installation process, the opening of the air duct shall be closed to prevent dust and dirt from entering the air duct.

(4)支氣管不可在墻面或木地板上安裝頁(yè)面，亦不得安裝喉嚨、電線及電纜線。

(4) It is not allowed to install pages on the wall or wooden floor, or install throats, wires and cables.

(5)輸氣管可燃?xì)怏w時(shí)，或是處在這類自然環(huán)境下時(shí)，假如必須采用必需的接地裝置對(duì)策來(lái)防護(hù)溫度超出80℃的氣體，請(qǐng)采用必需的防護(hù)對(duì)策。

(5) In case of combustible gas in the gas transmission pipeline or in such natural environment, if necessary grounding device countermeasures must be adopted to safely protect the gas whose temperature exceeds 80 ℃, please adopt the necessary safety protection countermeasures.

(6)務(wù)必開展密封性解決，以防管路底端無(wú)縫。

(6) Sealing solution must be carried out to prevent the bottom end of the pipeline from being seamless.

(7)管路穿過(guò)木地板和墻面時(shí)，應(yīng)應(yīng)用埋進(jìn)管和防護(hù)防水套管，中間應(yīng)密封性柔性原材料。

(7) When the pipeline passes through the wooden floor and wall, the buried pipe and safety protection waterproof casing shall be applied, and the middle shall be sealed with flexible raw materials.

(8)當(dāng)風(fēng)喉與機(jī)器設(shè)備聯(lián)接時(shí)，須在其布線處設(shè)定一個(gè)柔性短管，其長(zhǎng)短須為150-300mm或要求的長(zhǎng)短。

(8) When the air hose is connected with machinery and equipment, a flexible short pipe shall be set at its wiring, and its length shall be 150-300mm or the required length.

(9)測(cè)量冷軋焊接風(fēng)閥的孔的位置，須在沒有產(chǎn)生渦流的區(qū)域內(nèi)選定，并須方便測(cè)量和觀察。

(9) The position of the hole for measuring the cold-rolled welded air valve must be selected in the area where no eddy current is generated, and it must be convenient for measurement and observation.

2.支吊架

2. Supports and hangers

(1)支吊架的所有配件，其所用材料的使用，應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求以及參數(shù)要求。

(1) The use of materials for all accessories of supports and hangers shall meet the design requirements and parameter requirements.

(2)管路的較大容許安裝間距，吊架的少規(guī)格型號(hào)應(yīng)符合規(guī)定。

(2) The larger allowable installation spacing of the pipeline and the minimum specification and model of the hanger shall comply with the regulations.

(3)支吊架埋件安裝恰當(dāng)，堅(jiān)固靠譜。埋件應(yīng)清理，露出一部分應(yīng)防腐蝕。

(3) The embedded parts of supports and hangers shall be properly installed, firm and reliable. The embedded parts shall be cleaned and the exposed part shall be protected from corrosion.

(4)切勿將支撐點(diǎn)支架設(shè)定在機(jī)器設(shè)備的實(shí)際操作部。 固定不動(dòng)支撐點(diǎn)支架時(shí)，應(yīng)用脹形鋼筋錨固地腳螺栓開展固定不動(dòng)，應(yīng)用脹形鋼筋錨固地腳螺栓務(wù)必符合要求的規(guī)定。

(4) Do not set the support point bracket at the actual operation part of the machine and equipment. When fixing the fixed support point support, the anchor bolt shall be anchored with bulging reinforcement, and the anchor bolt anchored with bulging reinforcement must meet the requirements.
