通風(fēng)管道的保溫施工要求有哪些？

1、空調(diào)工程的制冷系統(tǒng)管道,包括制冷設(shè)備和空調(diào)水系統(tǒng)絕熱工程的施工,應(yīng)在管路系統(tǒng)強(qiáng)度與嚴(yán)密性檢驗(yàn)合格和防腐處理結(jié)束后進(jìn)行。

1. 2、管道保溫前,要求先清理干凈管道表面污染物,后進(jìn)行保溫材料的施工,避免膠水粘接力不夠,保溫材料粘結(jié)開(kāi)裂。

3、施工人員必須按照施工技術(shù)交底進(jìn)行施工,加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量意識(shí),嚴(yán)格按照施工工藝及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行施工。

5、絕熱層縱橫向的接縫,應(yīng)錯(cuò)開(kāi)。

6、接口和支撐的地方都必須用專(zhuān)用膠水粘接,以保證密封,防止跑冷,出現(xiàn)結(jié)露現(xiàn)象。

7、施工保溫前要確認(rèn)管套規(guī)格是否保溫管相符,避免出現(xiàn)偏大或偏小現(xiàn)象。
