修補(bǔ)油煙凈化器通風(fēng)管道損傷方式有哪些？

1.如果是通風(fēng)管道外表面很輕微的破損,可以用專用的密封膠帶來進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)即可.

2.如果是通風(fēng)管道內(nèi)表面有輕微破損,則可用專用修補(bǔ)膠進(jìn)行修補(bǔ).

3.如果通風(fēng)管道外表面的鋁箔層發(fā)生破損,而玻纖保溫層未發(fā)生損壞,則可選用一片合格的鋁箔片進(jìn)行管道鋁箔表面的修補(bǔ).

4.如果通風(fēng)管道壁的破損已達(dá)到玻纖保溫層時(shí),則可將破損的地方切割下來,開出雌雄搭接口,另選一塊完好的板材,根據(jù)切割下來的玻板尺寸切割好,留下雌雄搭接口,在四周接口上涂上修補(bǔ)膠及粘膠劑,根據(jù)工藝規(guī)范進(jìn)行密封.

5.如果通風(fēng)管道的破損比較嚴(yán)重,且破損面積比較大,有可能會(huì)影響通風(fēng)管道系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行時(shí),就需要對管道進(jìn)行更換修補(bǔ),以保證系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行.
