清洗通風管道這些方法要用上！

一。機器設(shè)備及專用工具搬到選定地址，并拿布遮蓋好施工點下邊的物件。

One. Move the machinery, equipment and special tools to the selected address, and cover the objects under the construction site with cloth.

第二。將需清潔的空調(diào)風管系統(tǒng)分成數(shù)個清潔施工段，明確施工切入點，用電剪切割機切下500×400毫米的開口。

Second. Divide the air conditioning duct system to be cleaned into several cleaning construction sections, clarify the construction entry point, and cut 500 pieces with an electric shear cutter × 400 mm opening.

第三。用氣囊塞入清潔管段兩邊后對氣囊充氣，氣囊規(guī)格適宜管道尺寸并產(chǎn)生完善的封閉，充分的隔離清潔區(qū)和非清潔區(qū)，防止二次環(huán)境污染。

Third. Insert the air bag into both sides of the cleaning pipe section and inflate the air bag. The specification of the air bag is suitable for the pipe size and produces a perfect closure. Fully isolate the clean area and non clean area to prevent secondary environmental pollution.

第四。將清潔施工段中間的每個出風口封堵，只留與兩邊隔開氣囊接近的2個出風口。

Fourth. Block each air outlet in the middle of the cleaning construction section, leaving only two air outlets close to the separated airbags on both sides.

第五。將以上所述2個出風口百葉與其他出風口百葉一塊兒開展清潔，并裝上各自配有吸塵器接口。壓縮空氣管穿孔與監(jiān)測器線越過孔的封板。

第六。將清潔風管段堵上，很多不必要出風口孔洞用其他板材與風管底邊暫時補平，以便清潔機器人能在眉山通風管道內(nèi)圓滿通過。

第七。將配有清潔毛刷和監(jiān)測器探頭的機器人或有高壓空氣接管的高壓雙向噴頭，從清潔管段的運行孔放進風管內(nèi)。

第八。打開壓縮空氣機和吸塵器，使其有旋轉(zhuǎn)毛刷的機器人或高壓空氣噴頭對風管內(nèi)壁由近而遠開展刷噴清潔，依據(jù)監(jiān)測器探頭操縱機器人作業(yè)。當風管管徑不大于３００×１５０mm時，機器人沒法進到時由高壓噴頭或軟軸毛刷開展清潔，清潔同時開展全過程錄影。

Eighth. 第九。對圓型風管與螺旋圓風管及其方圓型彎頭，都能夠用機器人監(jiān)測器，高壓噴頭，噴槍替換運用開展清潔。
