1.下降通風(fēng)機聲源噪聲

1. Reduce the sound source noise of ventilator

(1)合理選擇通風(fēng)機的機型。在噪聲控制要求高的場合，應(yīng)選用低噪聲通風(fēng)機。不同類型的通風(fēng)機，在同樣的風(fēng)量、風(fēng)壓下，機翼型葉片的離心通風(fēng)機噪聲小，前向板型葉片的離心通風(fēng)機噪聲大。

(1) Select the type of ventilator reasonably. Low noise fan should be used in the situation of high noise control requirements. For different types of fans, under the same air volume and wind pressure, the centrifugal fan with wing blade has less noise, and the centrifugal fan with forward plate blade has more noise.

(2)通風(fēng)機的作業(yè)點應(yīng)挨近更率點。同一類型的通風(fēng)機效北越高，噪聲越小。為使通風(fēng)機的運行工況點保持在通風(fēng)機的率區(qū)，應(yīng)盡量避免用閥門進行工況調(diào)節(jié)。如必須在通風(fēng)機壓出端設(shè)閥門時，其設(shè)置的位置是距通風(fēng)機出口1m處。它能使2000Hz以下的噪聲下降。在通風(fēng)機入口處氣流應(yīng)保持均勻。

(2) The operation point of ventilator shall be close to the highest efficiency point. The higher the fan efficiency is in the north, the lower the noise is. (3) Reduce the fan speed properly under possible conditions. The rotating noise of the fan and the peripheral speed of the impeller are 10 times of the component amount, and the eddy noise and the peripheral speed of the impeller are 6 times (or 5 times) of the component amount. Therefore, reducing the speed can reduce the noise.

(4)通風(fēng)機進、出口的噪聲級是通風(fēng)理、風(fēng)壓添加而增大的。因此，設(shè)計通風(fēng)體系時，應(yīng)盡量削減體系的壓力丟失。當(dāng)通風(fēng)體系的總風(fēng)量和壓力丟失較大時，可將其分為小體系。

(4) The noise level of fan inlet and outlet is increased by the addition of ventilation principle and air pressure. Therefore, when designing the ventilation system, the pressure loss of the system should be reduced as much as possible. When the total air volume and pressure loss of ventilation system is large, it can be divided into small systems.

(5)氣流在管道內(nèi)的流速不宜過高，避免引起再生噪聲。確定管道內(nèi)氣流流速應(yīng)根據(jù)不同要求按有關(guān)規(guī)定選取。

(5) The velocity of air flow in the pipeline should not be too high to avoid regeneration noise. The flow velocity in the pipeline shall be determined according to different requirements and relevant regulations.

(6)留意通風(fēng)機與電動機的傳動方法。選用直聯(lián)傳動的通風(fēng)機噪聲更小，用聯(lián)軸器的次之，用沒有接縫的三角皮帶傳動的稍差。通風(fēng)機應(yīng)配用低噪聲的電動機。

(6) Pay attention to the driving method of fan and motor. The fan with direct drive has the least noise, the second with coupling, and the second with triangle belt without joint. Fans shall be equipped with low-noise motors.

2.傳遞途徑上對通風(fēng)機噪聲抑制

(1)在通風(fēng)機的進、出風(fēng)口上裝配恰當(dāng)?shù)南暺鳌?br/>

(1) Install appropriate muffler on the air inlet and outlet of the ventilator.

(2)通風(fēng)機設(shè)減振基座，進、出風(fēng)口用軟管聯(lián)接。

(3)對通風(fēng)機做隔聲處理。如設(shè)置通風(fēng)機隔聲罩；在通風(fēng)機機殼內(nèi)襯只聲資料；將通風(fēng)機設(shè)置在專門的通風(fēng)機室內(nèi)，并設(shè)置隔聲門、 隔聲窗或設(shè)置其他吸聲設(shè)施，或在通風(fēng)機室內(nèi)另設(shè)值班室等。

(3) Conduct sound insulation treatment for the fan. For example, the fan sound insulation cover shall be set up; the fan shell shall be lined with sound only data; the fan shall be set up in a special fan room, and sound insulation doors, sound insulation windows or other sound absorption facilities shall be set up, or another duty room shall be set up in the fan room.

(4)通風(fēng)機室的進、排氣通道采納消聲辦法。

(5)將通風(fēng)機室布置在遠(yuǎn)離要求安靜的房間。

(5) Arrange the fan room away from the room requiring quiet.

3.及時保護保養(yǎng)，定期檢保護，及時更換破損零部件，排除反常，以發(fā)明低噪聲運行條件。
