    1、玻璃鋼管道工程除涂漆、絕熱外，已按設(shè)計(jì)圖紙悉數(shù)完結(jié)，安裝質(zhì)量契合有關(guān)規(guī)定。1.Inadditiontopaintingandheatinsulation,fiberglasspipeworkshavebeencompletedinaccordancewiththedesigndrawings,andtheinstallationqualityconformstotherelevantprovisions.

    2、焊縫源和其它待檢部位尚未涂漆和絕熱。

    2.Weldsourceandotherpartstobeinspectedhavenotbeenpaintedandinsulated.

    3、玻璃鋼管道上的膨脹節(jié)已設(shè)置了暫時(shí)束縛裝置。

    3.TheexpansionjointontheFRPpipehasbeenprovidedwithtemporarybindingdevice.

    4、玻璃鋼管道實(shí)驗(yàn)用壓力表現(xiàn)已校驗(yàn)，并在周期內(nèi)，其精度不得低于1.5級(jí)，表的滿刻度值應(yīng)為被測(cè)zhidao壓力的1.5-2倍，壓力表不得少于兩塊。

    4.ThepressureperformanceforFRPpipetesthasbeenverified,andwithinthecycle,itsaccuracyshallnotbelessthangrade1.5,thefullscalevalueofthegaugeshallbe1.5-2timesofthemaximumpressureofthetestedZhidao,andthepressuregaugeshallnotbelessthantwopieces.

    5、契合壓力實(shí)驗(yàn)要求的液體或氣體已備齊。

    5.Theliquidorgasrequiredforthepressuretesthasbeenprepared.

    6、玻璃鋼管道按實(shí)驗(yàn)要求，管道現(xiàn)已加固。

    7、待試玻璃鋼管道與無(wú)關(guān)系統(tǒng)已用盲板或采納其它辦法隔開(kāi)。
