(1)風(fēng)道與風(fēng)機(jī)連接時(shí)，進(jìn)、出風(fēng)口應(yīng)安裝軟接頭。軟接頭的截面尺寸應(yīng)與風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出口截面尺寸一致。軟管連接可由帆布、人造革和其他材料制成。軟管長度不應(yīng)小于200，并應(yīng)適當(dāng)擰緊。軟管可以緩沖風(fēng)扇的振動(dòng)。

　　(1) When the air duct is connected with the fan, soft joints shall be installed at the air inlet and outlet. The section size of soft joint shall be consistent with that of fan inlet and outlet. Hose connections can be made of canvas, leatherette and other materials. The hose length shall not be less than 200 and shall be properly tightened. The hose dampens the vibration of the fan.

　　(2)風(fēng)管與除塵設(shè)備、加熱設(shè)備連接后，根據(jù)理論映射圖安裝好設(shè)備后，應(yīng)暫停預(yù)制安裝。

　　(4) When transporting condensate or gas with high moisture content, the horizontal pipeline shall be set at the slope and connected with the drainage pipe at the low position. During installation, there shall be no longitudinal joint at the bottom of the air duct, and the bottom joint shall be hung for sealing.

　　(5)輸送易燃易爆氣體的鋼板風(fēng)道，在風(fēng)道連接法蘭處安裝跳線，并與靜電接地網(wǎng)連接。

　　(5) For the steel plate air duct conveying inflammable and explosive gas, install jumpers at the connecting flange of the air duct and connect with the electrostatic grounding grid.

　　(6)水平風(fēng)道高度在4m以上時(shí)，安裝人員應(yīng)系好帶。腳手架或活動(dòng)支架上的跳板應(yīng)固定，跳板寬度應(yīng)符合規(guī)范，腳手架上的設(shè)備人員應(yīng)隨身攜帶物品袋，避免物品或電鉆等掉落傷人。

　　(6) When the height of horizontal air duct is more than 4m, the installation personnel shall fasten the safety belt. The springboard on the scaffold or movable support shall be fixed, and the width of the springboard shall meet the safety specifications. The equipment personnel on the scaffold shall carry the bag with them to avoid personal injury caused by falling objects or electric drills.

　　(7)雙臂臂架在風(fēng)洞內(nèi)就位后，叉骨要直，臂架不要換，雙臂臂架受力均勻。

　　(7) After the double arm boom is in place in the wind tunnel, the fork bone shall be straight, the boom shall not be replaced, and the force on the double arm boom shall be uniform.
