一、在通風系統(tǒng)中的通風管道是相互連接的一個整體，必然得遵循各支路阻力平衡規(guī)律，當風管系統(tǒng)的結構 形式、管道尺寸一經確定，在一定的風機作用下，各段的風量是按阻力平衡規(guī)律自動分配的。在設計計算時未經阻力平衡計算，會導致系統(tǒng)實 際風量分配與設計不符。當然我們也可以通過調節(jié)風閥來分配風量，但這樣一來就又使非不利環(huán)路的風壓多余。所以在設計計算時考慮各環(huán) 路的阻力平衡具有現實意義。

風道系統(tǒng)阻力平衡自動計算的執(zhí)行過程基本延用常規(guī)設計的計算步驟，主要如下：

①將各節(jié)點間的邏輯關系、管段的相關參數依次輸入并保存，然后根據技術要求初步選定各管段的假定風速;

②根據假定風速自動計算管段當量水力直徑及阻力損失;

③用節(jié)點逆尋法自動查找系統(tǒng)各環(huán)路的路徑及阻力損失，并確定系統(tǒng)不利環(huán)路;

④對非不利環(huán)路進行自動阻力平衡。

⑤對計算結果進行校核。
