　　首要影響：風(fēng)管體系調(diào)試運(yùn)行時(shí)灰塵大污染墻面及裝修，體系阻力增大嚴(yán)重時(shí)堵塞過(guò)濾網(wǎng)和管道。

　　首要影響：風(fēng)管變形，影響感官作用；如果脹錨螺栓運(yùn)用不當(dāng)，分擔(dān)的分量超越吊點(diǎn)的承載力甚會(huì)形成風(fēng)管掉落，出現(xiàn)施工*全危險(xiǎn)。

　　Primary impact: the air duct is deformed, affecting the sensory function; if the expansion anchor bolt is not properly used, the shared component will exceed the bearing capacity of the lifting point, and even cause the air duct to fall, resulting in a total risk of construction.

　　或許的原因：風(fēng)管支、吊架距離過(guò)大；風(fēng)管支、吊架的裝置不符合規(guī)定

　　Possible reasons: the distance between the air pipe supports and hangers is too large; the devices of the air pipe supports and hangers do not meet the requirements

　　應(yīng)對(duì)辦法：（1）風(fēng)管支吊架的距離：按規(guī)范要求角鋼法蘭風(fēng)管水平裝置，直徑或大邊尺度小于400mm，距離不大于4mm；大于或等于400mm，距離不該大于3mm。風(fēng)管筆直裝置，距離不該大于4m，但每根立管的固定件不該小于2個(gè)。戶外保溫風(fēng)管支吊架的距離應(yīng)按規(guī)劃要求。螺旋風(fēng)管的支吊架距離可為一般水平風(fēng)管支吊架距離的1.25倍。組合法蘭風(fēng)管的距離為2～3M。特殊風(fēng)管，如硬聚氯乙烯、無(wú)機(jī)玻璃鋼風(fēng)管、防火風(fēng)管等其支吊架的距離可適量削減，或采用一般風(fēng)管的0.7倍；

　　Countermeasures: (1) the distance between the air duct supports and hangers: according to the specification requirements, the diameter or large side dimension of the angle steel flange air duct horizontal device is less than 400mm, and the distance is not more than 4mm; it is greater than or equal to 400mm, and the distance is not more than 3mm. The air duct shall be straight, and the distance shall not be more than 4m, but the fixed parts of each riser shall not be less than 2. The distance between the supports and hangers of outdoor thermal insulation air duct shall meet the planning requirements. The support and hanger distance of spiral air duct can be 1.25 times of that of general horizontal air duct. The distance of combined flange air duct is 2-3m. The distance between the supports and hangers of special air ducts, such as UPVC, inorganic FRP, fire-resistant air ducts, can be reduced appropriately, or 0.7 times of that of general air ducts can be used;

　　（2）根據(jù)吊點(diǎn)采用鉚固螺栓直徑的大小，正確運(yùn)用鉆頭和操控鉆孔深度，保證脹錨螺栓的鉆孔直徑。
