　　1、支吊托架、規(guī)格、間距必需契合設(shè)計請求，風(fēng)口閥門等處不得設(shè)置吊桿， 風(fēng)管吊桿必需結(jié)實、位置標高及走向契合設(shè)計請求，部件裝置請求方向正確，操作便當，防火閥檢修口必需便于操作。

　　2、本工程小于630mm新風(fēng)管采用無法蘭風(fēng)管銜接方式，無法蘭加工，無法蘭銜接風(fēng)管的接口采用機械加工尺寸正確，外形規(guī)則，接口緊密，插條式法蘭銜接， 插條用0.8mm鍍鋅鋼板下料咬形。插條兩端壓接兩平面各20mm，風(fēng)管裝置時把插條與風(fēng)管銜接;風(fēng)管吊裝好時，用打高分子密封膠密封緊密.

　　3、風(fēng)口裝置位置正確，外露局部子整美觀排列劃一分歧。粘貼保溫釘前應(yīng)將風(fēng)管壁上塵土、油污肅清，將 粘貼劑分別涂抹在風(fēng)管和保溫釘上，稍干后再將其粘上，保溫釘粘貼密度12只/m2。何溫板下料及鋪設(shè):下料要精確，切割要平齊，搭接要緊密、平整，散材不 可外露，板材縱橫縫錯開。

　　5、漏光法檢測應(yīng)采用光線對小孔的強穿透力，對系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管緊密水平停止了檢測辦法，采用具有一定強度的平安光源。如低壓燈lOOW帶維護罩的低壓照明燈，或者其 它低壓光源。低壓風(fēng)管每lorn不應(yīng)大于2處且lOOm接縫均勻不應(yīng)大于16處，中壓系統(tǒng)每10m不應(yīng)超1處，且100m接縫均勻不應(yīng)大于8處，都為合格 漏光，檢測 中如發(fā)現(xiàn)條縫形漏光的應(yīng)及時停止密封處置。

　　5. 　　6、漏風(fēng)量測試應(yīng)采用檢驗合格的專用丈量儀表或采用契合現(xiàn)行國度規(guī)范(流量丈量節(jié)流安裝)規(guī)則的計量元件搭設(shè)的丈量安裝。漏風(fēng)管測試安裝可采用風(fēng)管 式或風(fēng)室式。風(fēng)管式測試安裝采用孔板作計量元件，風(fēng)室式測試安裝采用噴嘴作計量元件，后測出的實測值與設(shè)計給定的數(shù)值不應(yīng)小于10%為合格。

　　6. The air leakage measurement test shall adopt the special measuring instruments which are qualified or the measuring elements which conform to the current national standard (flow measurement and throttling installation) rules. Air duct or air chamber can be used for testing and installation of air leakage pipe. The orifice plate is used as the measuring element in the air duct type test installation, and the nozzle is used as the measuring element in the air chamber type test installation. The final measured value and the design given value should not be less than 10% qualified.
