　　鍍鋅鋼板(鐵皮):由鍍鋅黑鐵皮制成，俗稱鐵皮。常用厚度0.5~1.5mm，規(guī)格尺寸與普通薄鋼板(黑鐵皮)相同。鍍鋅層厚度不小于0.02mm。鍍鋅鐵的優(yōu)點(diǎn):外表具有防腐作用，所以普通不需求刷油防腐，普通用于保送酸霧作用的濕潤環(huán)境通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)和空調(diào)系統(tǒng)及配件。

　　General Request for Pipeline Devices

　　1)風(fēng)管程度裝置，程度度允許偏向不大于3mm / m，總偏向不大于20mm;風(fēng)管垂直裝置。垂直度允許偏向不大于2mm / m，總偏向不大于20mm。

　　1) Ventilation duct degree device, degree allowable deviation is not more than 3m m/m, total deviation is not more than 20mm; Ventilation duct vertical device. The allowable deviation of perpendicularity is not more than 2 m m/m and the total deviation is not more than 20 mm.

　　2)管道吊架與法蘭之間的間隔不得小于20mm。柔性短管長度150~300mm。金屬軟管和非金屬軟管長度不得大于2m，不得有死彎或垮落現(xiàn)象。

　　2) The distance between the pipe hanger and the flange shall not be less than 20 mm. The length of flexible short tube is 150-300 mm. The length of metal hose and non-metal hose shall not be greater than 2m, and there shall be no dead bending or collapse.

　　3)主氣管吊架與支管之間的間隔不得小于200mm。

　　4)法蘭螺栓與低壓送風(fēng)孔距不大于200mm，中壓送風(fēng)孔距不大于100mm。

　　4) The distance between flange bolt and low pressure air supply hole is not more than 200 mm, and that between medium pressure air supply hole is not more than 100 mm.

　　5)風(fēng)管彎頭、三通、閥門處必需加吊鉤。管道長度應(yīng)超越15m，防搖支架不得小于1根。

　　5) Hooks must be added at elbows, tees and valves of air ducts. Pipeline length should exceed 15m and anti-sway bracket should not be less than 1.

　　6)通風(fēng)管道吊架間隔不保溫風(fēng)管邊緣30mm，間隔保溫風(fēng)管保溫層邊緣30mm。

　　6) The suspension rack of ventilation duct is separated by 30 mm of the edge of the insulating duct and 30 mm of the insulating layer of the insulating duct.

　　7)風(fēng)管保溫應(yīng)平整，法蘭必需單獨(dú)保溫，法蘭保溫資料應(yīng)與管道分歧。風(fēng)管程度度為3‰，垂直度為2‰，總偏向不超越20mm。

　　7) Air duct insulation should be flat, flange insulation must be separate, flange insulation data should be different from the pipeline. The degree of duct is 3, the vertical degree is 2 and the total deviation is not more than 20 mm.

　　8)風(fēng)管與法蘭壓邊座寬度為6~9mm，嚴(yán)密、直觸。

　　9)玻璃鋼管道法蘭銜接時(shí)，法蘭螺栓間距不大于120mm，法蘭間距平均，法蘭應(yīng)平整，法蘭墊片厚度為3~5mm。

　　9) When connecting the flanges of FRP pipelines, the spacing of flange bolts is not more than 120 mm, the spacing of flanges is average, the flanges should be flat, and the thickness of flange gaskets should be 3-5 mm.

　　10)玻璃纖維管道長度超越20m時(shí)，應(yīng)增加不少于一個(gè)固定支架;玻璃纖維風(fēng)管長度超越20m時(shí)，應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)請求增加伸縮縫。

　　10) When the length of fiberglass duct exceeds 20m, not less than one fixed bracket shall be added; when the length of fiberglass duct exceeds 20m, the expansion joint shall be added according to the design request.

　　11)氣管經(jīng)過的收縮節(jié)采用軟銜接。軟管長度為100mm +伸縮縫寬度。風(fēng)管保溫資料為巖棉時(shí)，保溫采用鐵角打包帶，間距0.6~0.7m。通風(fēng)管道規(guī)格400mm以下的支吊架間距不得大于4m，通風(fēng)管道規(guī)格400mm以上的支吊架間距不得大于3m。

　　11) The contraction joints of trachea are connected by soft joint. The length of hose is 100mm + the width of expansion joint. When the data of air duct insulation is rock wool, iron angle packing belt is used for insulation, and the spacing is 0.6-0.7m. The spacing between supports and hangers with ventilation pipe specifications of less than 400 mm shall not be greater than 4 m, and that between supports and hangers with ventilation pipe specifications of more than 400 mm shall not be greater than 3 m.

　　13)風(fēng)管垂直裝置，支架間距不大于4m，玻璃管不大于3m。

　　13) Ventilation pipe vertical device, bracket spacing is not more than 4m, glass tube is not more than 3m.

　　14)排氣管與屋面風(fēng)機(jī)銜接采用6mm橡膠墊，鍍鋅螺栓加平墊、彈簧墊圈。

　　14) The exhaust pipe and the roof fan are connected by 6mm rubber pad, galvanized bolt with flat pad and spring washer.

　　15)室外鐵管保溫應(yīng)平整、潤滑，咬合不小于20~25mm。

　　15) Outdoor iron pipe insulation should be smooth and lubricated, and the occlusion should not be less than 20-25 mm.
