白鐵加工怎么分類(lèi)

　　白鐵加工就是對(duì)鈑金進(jìn)行執(zhí)沙、打磨、拋光、噴色、電鍍處理及后期的烤漆處理的工藝，成品可應(yīng)用于照明通訊，電力，機(jī)電，工業(yè)設(shè)備，家居用品，公共設(shè)施等領(lǐng)域。按生產(chǎn)及加工方法可分為以下幾類(lèi)：

　　White iron processing is the process of sand holding, grinding, polishing, color spraying, electroplating and post-baking of sheet metal. The finished products can be used in lighting communication, power, electromechanical, industrial equipment, household appliances, public facilities and other fields. According to production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:

　　1、熱浸鍍鋅加工：將薄鐵板浸入熔解的鋅槽中，使其表面粘附一層鋅的薄鋼板，主要采用連續(xù)鍍鋅工藝生產(chǎn)，即把成卷的鋼板連續(xù)浸在熔解有鋅的鍍槽中制成鍍鋅鋼板。

　　1. Hot dip galvanizing process: dip thin iron plate into molten zinc bath, make its surface adhere to a layer of zinc thin steel plate, mainly by continuous galvanizing process, that is, continuous dipping of coiled steel plate in the galvanized bath to make galvanized steel plate.

　　2、合金化鍍鋅加工：這種白鐵加工方法生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品有很好的密著性和焊接性。一般采用熱浸法制造，但在出槽后，立即把它加熱到500℃左右，使其生成鋅和鐵的合金薄膜。

　　2. Galvanizing by alloying: The products produced by this white iron processing method have good tightness and weldability. Generally, it is made by hot dipping method, but it is heated to about 500 (?) C immediately after the trough is out to form zinc and iron alloy films.

　　3、電鍍鋅加工：用電鍍法制造這種鍍鋅鋼板具有良好的加工性。但鍍層較薄，耐腐蝕性不如熱浸法鍍鋅板。

　　3. Galvanizing: The galvanized steel sheet produced by electroplating method has good machinability. However, the coating is thinner and less corrosion resistant than hot dip galvanized sheet.

　　4、單面鍍和雙面差鍍加工：?jiǎn)蚊驽冧\鋼板，即只在一面鍍鋅的產(chǎn)品。白鐵加工在焊接、涂裝、防銹處理、加工等方面，具有比雙面鍍鋅板更好的適應(yīng)性。

　　4. Single-sided galvanizing and double-sided differential galvanizing: single-sided galvanized steel sheet, that is, only one-sided galvanized products.  White iron processing has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, painting, anti-rust treatment and processing.

　　5、合金、復(fù)合鍍鋅加工：它是用鋅和其他金屬如鋁、鉛、鋅等制成合金乃復(fù)合鍍成的鋼板。這種鋼板既具有的防銹性能，又有良好的涂裝性能。

　　5. Alloy and compound galvanizing: It is made of zinc and other metals such as aluminium, lead and zinc, and even composite galvanized steel plate. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent rust-proof performance, but also has good coating performance.
